Stopped in during dinner time 6pm. There was a long line. I waited because I was craving fried rice and the Mongolian chicken. Waited 15 minutes in line. Only to be told they were out of fried rice, and Mongolian chicken. A 20 minute wait on both. After I already waited 15 minutes. I'm from out of town. I wasn't going to wait longer. I'm Very disappointed. I had to get their Broccoli beef, which is always soggy and gross, like it was sitting there all day.. Same with the chicken with the zuccini. It was soggy, and gross. The noodles were mushy and terrible. The portions shrank. I will not be back. You lost a customer. If there's a lunch or dinner rush, try keeping the popular items in stock. Why is there a long wait on something. If you see there's along line of people, and you see you are starting to run out of something. Tell the cook ASAP. People are on lunch breaks, and only have 30 minutes. read more

I am the princess from here for years to come in today. They have a new staff person who takes almost 10 minutes to even get to the customer because she's dealing with some business person and she's not the owner. She is a employee when asked to do my regular order literally says we don't split green beans and mixed vegetables I've done that for years here I do not like your new employee absolutely rude and reason why there was no one but me standing in Line. Maybe teach her how to actually do orders that her customers want. read more

Food was barely warm. The King Pao was like eating rubber chicken with no flavor. And the eggroll was processed something. I'm not sure what. And it was pretty obvious the server didn't want to be there. Pretty bad when the best part of the meal was the Dr Pepper. read more

This location in the West acres mall is always very welcoming and always has been. There food is always fresh and the workers are all very educated on there food. I recommend this place to anyone that is craving this type of food. They give you enough for two meals so the value you can't beat. I will be back whenever in the area. read more

I really hate to be this guy but this is my absolute favorite place to go and get Chinese food when I'm in a hurry and got to get to work. But the last time I was there I got Salmonella Food Poisoning from the undercooked chicken. My girlfriends as had two times in a row from the same place but sad to say it's the last time I'm going there. Just be careful what you order and make sure you check it before eating it. read more

After dining here, I'm embarrassed to have even checked in. For mall food it doesn't get much worse than this. Noodles were nothing more than something that Olive Garden would passed over for their spaghetti. My kids didn't even finish the orange chicken and that says a lot about the quality when children won't eat orange chicken. The beef with broccoli was similar to eating a sponge dipped in beef sauce. The only thing with eating here were the vegetables and once Leeann Chin finds a way to serve processed vegetables then it's game over. Avoid this place at all costs. I usually love this place, the manager is so sweet she was the main reason we kept coming back. But thanks to some new employees I will never go back. We visited on Halloween and the sample guy actually told my husband and I that he didn't mind us but if he was fed up with all the kids in the mall and was about ready to punch them right in the face. These were little children trick or treating just having fun. Then we went to pay for our food and the woman who rang us up asked if we wanted a drink. I said yes we will just take a water and she redirected the question to my husband. I clarified that just the one water would be fine. She then told my husband that I clearly don't let him make decisions and he needs to hit me to put me in line. We both chuckled awkwardly thinking it was some sort of joke but she didn't smile. Then she handed my husband his change and said "here's your money, not your money" she looked at me "his money" Somehow implying that because he was paying for that particular he should be the one making the call on major decisions like what beverage to get. Taste the delightful decision you have made. The white rice is always moist and fresh, the fried rice as good as it gets, noodles tasty as you would want them to be. So starches top notch and meals alone. The vegetables, green beans need to be ordered for sure. Oh, the container is already jam packed. Yet order any one of their awesome meats you'll smile just eat and see. Honey chicken or my favorite Bourbon are worth a visit and trip to eat smile while ordering, you will see, the hearts and souls of hospitality workers as it should be. Your food can't help but be.
