Legit Irish food!…read more I'm a fan of this establishment. It's set up like a restaurant, but you go through an assembly line and grab your food. So, it's faster than waiting at a normal restaurant. I love that. Because when I'm hungry, I'm hungry now! lol We showed up with a tour bus and had food on our plates within 10 minutes. That's great timing and super impressive for how many of us there were! And it was a full plate of Irish food! Loved it. I got the fried fish (haddock) with mashed potatoes and carrots. I was so full afterwards lol It was delicious! And very time efficient if you are in a hurry. The restaurant is clean and has comfortable seats. Great service. 10/10 As the Irish say "well done!"

Surprise star of the night was the black pudding salad-- amazing! Pate was too much & bread accompaniment was not crunchy / toasted enough. Good for 2. Soup was okay. Wings served naked with sauce on side -- could have done with a few more minutes & more sauce. Burger good & juicy. Featherblade was heavy and melt in mouth. Not my favourite but hit with everyone else

The staff are nice, the drinks are reasonably priced and they serve DELICIOUS food! It is not the biggest place and at weekends it can get a bit too packed as it is so popular but during the week with a group of friends this place is alot of fun!!!!! The age group varies from early 20's to mid 40's and the dress can range from dressy jeans to full on glad rags obviously depending on the night! I would recommend this place for the yummy food alone. It is located just across the street from the South mall so not that hard to find. This is not a nightclub so dont go here if you want to dance but if it is a good night with food and drink you are after this is a pretty good spot!

I've been here a few times now which speaks to the quality of food. When you walk in it's a very clean restaurant. Outdoor seating that unfortunately allows smoking and smoke does occasionally blow in through the door. Other than that the ambiance is immaculate. Good music, clean bathrooms and a clean looking kitchen what more could you ask? The service is one of the few shortcomings of this restaurant. We've been there a few times and a couple of times it seemed like the service was a bit slow. We have had to remind the waitstaff what we ordered. They're always polite and apologetic about anything missed, but they are a bit slow fairly often. The food is unimpeachable. The taste of almost everything on the menu is amazing. The portion size of the menu can be a bit mismatched. I'm not that hungry of a person but a single sushi roll will not suffice for your average appetite. Be prepared to order multiple courses or a few sides but it can add up fairly quickly. I usually get the hot roll and something else but it usually comes out to about 45 euro or 50 usd. It's a good restaurant but be prepared to pay a bit more and wait a bit longer. Delicious though!

The ambiance is definitely more upscale and service from staff was quite good. For my entreé I had the duck confit with a local cider. The duck was tender and had a good flavor to it. We had a sticky toffee pudding for dessert, and while it was very good, having it accompanied with creme instead of ice cream was a bit disappointing, as the pudding itself was quite rich. All and all, it was a great experience at a good price, and I'd recommend it.

The breading was delicious, not over powering, and perfectly crispy. I tried so hard to finish it all but unfortunately was super full. Maybe I should've skipped the mussels and just gone all in on the fish and chips. The sauce with the fish was tangy and yummy. I think it was tarter sauce but I don't remember.
