I told Chloe the water was too hot & she immediately started making it cooler. My comfort was her priority. I paid extra to have a 30 minute chair massage. I'll let you know how that goes, also. I knew it was new owners because the older owners were Korean and the new ones are Vietnamese. I recognize the language and confirmed by asking. The inside looks completely the same. The staff are all new to me. Same selections and decor. Pedicure is $38. The gentleman that did mine was very nice and professional. I like my pedicure.

Regular polish- not gel She then cut into my cuticle and I jerked my foot from her because it was unexpected and painful. I had to tell her to not continue doing that. She then dug under my toenails which led them to burn and sting for a few days after Pedicure was done quickly and was not provided the massage that was included Had to ask to be cashed out. Albeit I was on my cell phone but I did wait behind another customer and when I walked up, the employee walked away leaving me there standing I was charged $20 as an upgrade fee for them to use gel polish TWENTY DOLLARS! A bottle costs between $14-25 . For each bottle they use and charge customers $20 a piece to have gel polish. ONE bottle can cover 20to 40 manicures. 20x 20=400 30x 20=600 40x20=800 TAKE NOTE- That is how much they are making off an entire bottle (less what they paid) Sickening ! So that cost $70!

I have been coming here for over 10 years, I travel a lot and have been to many salons. I consider myself very picky. Aside from the wait times and unreasonable demands of some of the clients that I've seen , this is a great place. This is a clean nail salon and extremely busy, because they do good work. Do yourself a favor and make an appt and I'm sure you're experience will be better than what some of these reviews suggest. I usually get a pedicure and a powder fill, they last for weeks, because they do a good base and file around the cuticle area so that the product doesn't lift. I've had my nails done for over 20 years and traveled near and far, this is one of the best nail salons to go to, consistent. Do not hesitate to give it a try and see for yourself. The place is bright and clean. My first time here I received a pedicure and a underarm wax. The pedicure was nice and I was satisfied with it overall, but I felt that they didn't do as much of the foot buffing/scraping (TMI I know) that you usually receive to leave you with super soft, callous free feet. Fortunately, I have naturally soft heels, but I imagine for a lot of ladies this wouldn't give them the results they crave. For my underarm wax, the same woman serviced me. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name. She did a very good job actually. She's one of the taller, thinner women there if that helps? The second time I came I received a chin wax. This time I was not as pleased. The person who serviced me may have been the manager. She is always handling the money. She did not do as good of a job keeping the strip close to the skin when she removed it resulting in greater discomfort for me and increased redness compared with my previous chin wax at another location. She also was not as diligent about getting out the stray hairs with tweezers. That would have been fine except that after only getting out about half of the strays I was charged double for the service. I know that I have very thick, stubborn coarse hair that requires a lot of attention so I am used to paying extra for these services, but I expect that they are charging me more because they are putting in more work to give me quality results. That was not the case in this instance. I am going to keep looking around for somewhere else to go for my hair removal services.
