It turned out to be a little more labor intensive than snaking a drain (which I had tried myself). Turned out there were pipes that had rusted through and were also leaking. They were so knowledgeable in explaining to me what was going on and making sure that I understood. They were so professional and nice, they cleaned up their work when they were done. They even had a come back on a second day to finish fixing the problem because they had to go into the ceiling of the lower unit. They were very accommodating with me and my schedule. The first time was okay, I let him inside (during COVID) even though he was doing outdoor work so he could see the space. He never wore a mask, didn't even have one, and no shoe covers either. The next time I asked him to wear a mask and I had to provide one to him. The next time (yes, this has been almost two months and the project still isn't complete) he showed up to the job with a dead drill? He needed to plug it into my house to charge, and then just sat in his van half an hour letting it juice up. We wanted two over-door lights and two outdoor outlets put in. He would leave siding open on the house showing the insulation and then leave for days at a time, even during rain storms. The last time he came over he slammed so hard that the plaster wall cracked INSIDE the house! We had two switches to be fixed inside, he did one then sat down and said he was too tired for the day and needed to go home. So he just.... left? Still hasn't been fixed. Now it's been three and a half weeks since he "finished" the project and guess what? The switches for the outdoor lights are swapped. One side of the duplex controls the other side's outdoor lights and vice versa. We've been calling this whole time to get him to return and fix the work, but no one has showed up.

Asked for a $200 discount, but the owner only offered a $100 discount. Then he got aggressive and said "if you don't give me my money I will never be back to your house".

He knew I was in need of a new furnace and he reached out to me that they were having a special that week so I took advantage of a great offer on a new Lennox SL furnace. Then I had a few questions on my estimate and spoke to Ashley who was so attentive and clarified everything for me. My installer was Ben E who had serviced my furnace before, did a great job on the install. I feel very comfortable with Ben because he is so knowledgeable and kind. Ben had an apprentice Jack S who assisted him that day and installed my new thermostat. He was very polite. The following day I had a few questions and Tristan M, another tech came out and answered all of my questions and concerns. I have been with Roman for many years and I stay with them because of their expertise and they really want their customers to be satisfied with their work and it shows! Thank you all who helped me. Calling them and booking everything was so easy. They came and gave an estimate - then rolled in the price of the estimate into the work since we decided to go with them. They were less expensive than another company I looked at so I decided to go with them and they did a great job! One of the light fixtures I bought was broken (unknown to me) and they didn't even tell me until later that they went to get a replacement for me and didn't charge me for it! Admittedly they were unsure if they broke it, but either way it was nice that they took care of it without needing me to go get and pay for the replacement. They even vacuumed after themselves to clean up. Could not recommend more!

None could be given except that I would receive a call thirty minutes prior to the arrival. At 2:30 in the afternoon the call finally happened and he said he'd be here in 20 minutes. The technician arrived and within 15 minutes I was told that he'd have to run diagnostic testing. I had to sign off off on the paperwork charging me over $300 or I could pay the $75 trip charge and nothing would be completed. Of course after waiting a week and most of the day I signed the contract. 15 minutes later the problem was identified and fixed, a ridiculous amount of money was charged. I do not recommend this company!!! Although the work was completed within 35 minutes start to finish, the amount of money spent was way over the top! I'm more than sure another company could have done just as good a job, given me a time frame when they would arrive and charged me less than half of what I was charged. Shame on Current Electric.
