She cut my cuticles while they were dry and hard. She buffed my nails with a hard buffer and left sediments all over my nails. I have NEVER had a no chip like this before. I felt like this place is very unsanitary or was it my tech. I observed the owners daughter sitting by the brow bar and she was so much cleaner than my tech Erma. Sorry. Cute building and nice people but not worth the money and not most sanitized place.

I'll admit, I wasn't too sure when I walked in because the customer service wasn't there. However, once I sat down, both ladies that were there were nice and engaging. It was a very pleasant appointment. Kee did my nails and did a great job. I've had my nails for 2 weeks and they look like I just got them done. The prices were great too. My only complaint is that the website and the door say that walk in's were welcomed but on a weekday afternoon there were only 2 nail techs and they both had clients. I waited about an hour and a half, which I had no problem with. A woman came after me and they suggested she come in tomorrow. It was 3 pm on a Wednesday but the door says they're open until 8 pm. I know now that an appointment is necessary. The walk in thing is what make the chop shops appealing especially for women like me with up and down schedules. I was ready to give 5 stars until I went to go wash my hands. The sink was so nasty, it had at least a 1 inch think band of black mold on the inside of the sink bowl. I've never seen black mold like that! It was around the whole sink. That could easily be cleaned but based on how much mold was there, its clear its been neglected for months. Very unhygienic and disgusting. Also I got a no chip mani and the UV light you put your hand under was filthy. I hovered my hand in there so I don't touch anything. When I got home I gave myself a nice scrub down because with the mold and the filthy UV light, I just felt dirty!! So all in all, I liked my nails and the girl doing them but my god this place needs a good cleaning!!
