The main selling point of Frank Theatres is that it's new and modern, but the screens don't have a considerable viewing difference and sometimes the sound system can be overwhelming (my ears shouldn't be pounding just from the commercials). Also, (and this is my biggest pet peeve) there's super nice leather chairs, but you can neither recline or put up your armrest, making for a really uncomfortable movie-watching experience. If you were going to invest in nice seats, make them the newer ones that recline, or don't splurge! I'd go if I had to/a friend asked me to go to a matinee, but I probably won't go out of my way to come back on my own.
