Another company scheduled me for 3 days out but then reschedule me twice! So I called Tim's and they came out in 2 days when they said they would without any issues and attempts to reschedule. Great service! Knowledgeable and dependable. He uncrossed the wires and was done in a matter of minutes. His 35 year experience allowed him to do it so quick! It was impressive. Kept telling me part was back ordered from Hong Kong then China. He never called to give me status updates. I always had to call him. I would give zero stars if available. Still not fixed. Went to pick up TV today and he wasn't there during his posted business hours. I have filed dispute with VISA because he wouldn't refund my money. I may file a legal complaint as well.
