She spoke with the Manager of that office and he was able to clear the account out to a zero balance. They admitted it was their error and that we should not have gone to collections. It was all part of the mess from when Aspen Dental's corporate computer system was hacked. I thanked them for their assistance and am quite pleased with the professionalism that was shown to me by the front desk staff as well as the manager taking responsibility to clear this out for us.

The work the dentist did on my teeth was beautiful and pain free , he was very attentive to my concerns about the work I needed done . The office is nice and so is everyone else that works here.
