She spoke with the Manager of that office and he was able to clear the account out to a zero balance. They admitted it was their error and that we should not have gone to collections. It was all part of the mess from when Aspen Dental's corporate computer system was hacked. I thanked them for their assistance and am quite pleased with the professionalism that was shown to me by the front desk staff as well as the manager taking responsibility to clear this out for us.

I've been to 4 dentist offices before coming here. I've finally found one that can handle someone with dentaphobia! Yes that's real. You know how everyone says they hate going to the dentist? It's that times 10! Dr Boles is excellent! His nurses and office staff are awesome! They have all kinds of awards displayed as you enter their beautiful office. And when you arrive for the first time, they offer you the option of filling out all the paperwork by hand or on an iPad! How sweet that was! No hand cramp from all that writing, just use a stylus instead. And I couldn't believe they remembered my name from just one visit. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by name. I really do hate going to the dentist. I mean tremors and sweat hate! But these folks know how to help me through it like it was nothing. They are great with kids, great with adults, and great with adults that act like kids! But don't tell anyone. It will be hard to get an appointment!

While this office has all of the high tech stuff, I have to say that there are other offices that have high tech goodies, it's the people that really made me decide that this will be my dental office. The dentist noted some recommendations and the information was presented in a low key, respectful manner. I didn't feel at all pressured. I felt comfortable and supported. I've already referred a friend and my husband has an appointment.
