I can drop off a large load before I go to work at 830 and it will be done when I take my lunch at 1pm. (Getting the dirty clothes to the laundromat is usually a pain) AND they always wash my laundry bag which is awesome as well! Parking around the building can be a little difficult especially during lunch time but I just pull up wherever I can and picking up the clothes is very quick thanks to the helpfulness of the owner. If you want great service and clean clothes DEFINITELY bring your clothes here!

I always come here to wash my clothes. I find that it's faster to come to the laundromat versus…read morewashing at home sometimes. My experience today was bad and I don't think I wanna come back here. I put my clothes in the washer, sat in my car, then put it in the dryer. I left out again, came back to check the dryer but I reeeaaally had to use the restroom. I asked the attendant if there was a restroom and she straight up said no. I asked again because i thing it was weird to not have one in an establishments like this. She Said No again. I went to check on my clothes again and I could tell that I Was a customer there. I set back Down and then she said there Was a restroom. Saying no vs for customers are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. One can comenof préjudice while the other is simply the policy of the establishments . Customers experience is a big deal...

There is a small waiting area with a TV and chairs, but there is also a lot in the area if needed (restaurants, bakeries, etc.). Everything was very clean! I'll absolutely be returning to this laundromat for my bedding. I will say that I came here late at night so it wasn't crowded, although I could see this place being busy at "peak" times due to the quality and price.

This is a terrible laundromat. One of the washers overflowed and when I alerted an employee, she…read moresaid it was because I put plastic in it and overloaded the machine, but then look surprised when she saw that I just had a few small items in a double load washer. I used a Tide pod for detergent (this was the plastic she referred to). Incidentally, my other washers that had more items in them did not have an issue with the Tide Pods. Also, if this is an issue, there should be signs posted warning customers not to use them. Once the washers were complete, everything came out heavy and wet, and seemed to be barely spun dry. As if the spin option was not working in the 8 washers I used. Further, the dryers are nearly useless. I had to pay for at least an hour on each dryer that only had a handful of items in them, before they finally dried. Forget about using low or medium heat, your clothes and anything inside will still feel wet and cold. And high heat with make them feel warm and still take forever to dry your items. Overall, the employee was rude, the machines did not do a good job cleaning my clothes, some of which still looked dirty, and the dryers barely worked. This place also has televisions, none of which were turned on, a locked bathroom, dirty floors and tables, and out of order machines. This place is a waste of time and money. I recommend you try somewhere else.

I used a 40lb washer and dryer, for clothes that would be 2 loads in at-home washer dryer. The washer was 5 dollars for 30min, and I used the dryer for 28min which costed a dollar. They both worked really good. The dryer could have used another quarter for certain items like a small blanket but I was too lazy to wait any longer. Overall, good working machines at a reasonable price, spacious and clean laundromat....nothing to complain!

I have been a customer at this laundromat for approximately two years and visit about once a week…read more I routinely wash the same types of items each visit, including my work uniforms, my husband's work uniforms, and my dogs' blankets. During my visit today, I loaded two large-capacity washers, added the appropriate amount of detergent according to the detergent instructions, selected the warm water setting, and started the machines as usual. When the cycles were complete, I immediately noticed that many of the clothes still smelled unwashed and felt as though detergent and soil had not been fully rinsed away. Some items were only damp, some were extremely wet, and others felt almost dry, as though they had not been washed properly. The clothing also retained the same odor it had before being washed. I brought my concerns to the attendant. She checked the washer briefly and stated that because the clothes were wet, the machine had washed them. However, my concern was not whether water had touched the clothing, but that the wash cycle did not appear to clean the clothes properly. I was left with no option but to move everything into another washer and pay to wash all of my laundry a second time. As a result, I spent approximately double what I normally spend on laundry. I was disappointed that there was no attempt to investigate whether the machine malfunctioned or to offer any assistance, reimbursement, or courtesy rewash despite my being a long-time customer. I understand that equipment issues can happen. My frustration comes from having to pay twice to wash the same load and feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I hope management will review the condition and performance of the machines so that other customers do not experience the same problem.
