I used a 40lb washer and dryer, for clothes that would be 2 loads in at-home washer dryer. The washer was 5 dollars for 30min, and I used the dryer for 28min which costed a dollar. They both worked really good. The dryer could have used another quarter for certain items like a small blanket but I was too lazy to wait any longer. Overall, good working machines at a reasonable price, spacious and clean laundromat....nothing to complain!

During my visit today, I loaded two large-capacity washers, added the appropriate amount of detergent according to the detergent instructions, selected the warm water setting, and started the machines as usual. When the cycles were complete, I immediately noticed that many of the clothes still smelled unwashed and felt as though detergent and soil had not been fully rinsed away. Some items were only damp, some were extremely wet, and others felt almost dry, as though they had not been washed properly. The clothing also retained the same odor it had before being washed. I brought my concerns to the attendant. She checked the washer briefly and stated that because the clothes were wet, the machine had washed them. However, my concern was not whether water had touched the clothing, but that the wash cycle did not appear to clean the clothes properly. I was left with no option but to move everything into another washer and pay to wash all of my laundry a second time. As a result, I spent approximately double what I normally spend on laundry. I was disappointed that there was no attempt to investigate whether the machine malfunctioned or to offer any assistance, reimbursement, or courtesy rewash despite my being a long-time customer. I understand that equipment issues can happen. My frustration comes from having to pay twice to wash the same load and feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I hope management will review the condition and performance of the machines so that other customers do not experience the same problem.

They send out the dry cleaning so there's a week turn-around time but that seems to be the case most places. Employees are very friendly and remember repeat customer names. Mr. Quentin was becoming my favorite tailor. He accomplished a very difficult feat on a higher end shirt I thought was destined for the trash. Prices were reasonable, work was excellent, and he was there 2 times/week and worked efficiently. He hasn't been there the last few weeks so I called today to see if he's back and they said he no longer works there. I'm so sad!!!!

I found the cost to be a little high but I honestly don't know what the normal cost is, sigh. The employees helped me with the washing machine and I put my money on the wrong dryer and had to move my clothes. When I have heavy items to launder, I would come back. It was so convenient to drop off, and pick up my freshly cleaned laundry. The staff that helped me were nice, and asked a few questions about laundry/washing and drying preferences. The facilities are also super clean. They have many sizes of machines, so I can definitely see myself bringing my bedding and comforters to wash myself, as they are a bit bulky for my at home machine. I can't rave enough about the wash and fold service. The time I saved was critical for me to run errands I fell behind on. Definitely would recommend this laundromat.

Met Pedro, who was the employee who helped me check my laundry in for the first time , for wash and fold services, at this location. He was very helpful and explained the whole process. This is a cash, only location, so that may turn some customers off. They have an ATM on site to help with that. I don't carry cash with me, so he said that because it was my first time that I could come back in the next day and pay. He said that I could come back the next day to pick up my laundry around the same time. He also took a new account anything that was delicates. I will update my review once I pick up my laundry.

They are apparently under new management, and on our last visit, they lost two $250 items of our clothing, and also mistakenly gave us an item belonging to someone else, who must now be missing that item. When we went in to talk to the owner about it, she denied having made the mistake, never offered any sort of monetary compensation for the items they lost, and in fact never even discounted the cost of the cleaning for the order that resulted in the lost items. I cannot go back here and am deeply disappointed.
