My order was not ready on time, requiring me to make multiple trips back. When I finally picked up, 2 of my items had been separated from my order and were in a different part of the building. When I examined my white shirts, they still had the original stains -- completely uncleaned despite being charged for dry cleaning. I never even asked for dry cleaning; I needed stain removal. When I asked for a refund for the item that was clearly not cleaned, they refused and claimed the items had been treated. Anyone could see they had not been touched. The staff argued with me and even held my clothes, telling me I could not take them without speaking to a manager -- over items I paid for and own. To top it all off, after all of this, the female manager had the audacity to tell me not to come back. I came to you as a customer needing a service. You failed to deliver, refused to make it right, and then dismissed me. Absolutely unacceptable. This was already my second bad experience at this location. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere -- especially if you have anything delicate or valuable.

Cleaning the machines and selling items but something has happend in the last couple of weeks . Things have gone down when I first pull up I notice a man sweeping the parking spaces outfront . It's 6 a.m and still very dark and there's no light . As I start to load up my cloths he starts to ask me weird questions. And I can now see he is clearly tweeking . So I just bring my cloths in and ignore him . I then notice a women walking around in socks . Go behind the register and she is acting very weird and keeping to herself . I need to buy something but im defiantly not going to now . So I proceed to load my cloths in the washer and notice a second male starting to wash windows on the dryers . Who is also acting weird . I'm already inside with cloths so I start to wash . As I'm washing I notice the machines are dirty inside and out the soap departments on the machines had soap scum build up . Did I want to do laundry on vacation? Nope. But when my kid got sick in our camper while on…read morevacation, those sheets and clothes needed to be washed--immediately. This place was as close as any other, and had a few great reviews. All of the machines take card which is magical to me. The soap dispenser is coin operated, so bring quarters. I did two washes (I brought our dirty vacation clothes because, why not? I was going to be there anyway). I bought two soaps and an oxiclean to boost the gross wash. That was $7.25. I dried everything together, at $.25 per few minutes--that was another $2.00. So--for $9.25 all in, I had clean sheets and clean clothes and I was pretty happy. The laundromat was super clean, there were places to sit and the tv was tuned to USA or TBS or one of those that had a mid-day movie on that was family friendly. Overall, I was able to make the best of a gross situation thanks to this place!

When I returned them to have them repress, they were very gracious and accepted them willingly with no additional expense. When I picked them up the second time they were worse than the first. Not only did they not line the up the pleats, they were pressed crooked and some of the plates were pressed backwards. I will never ever have them clean and press drapes for me again and I would not recommend them to anybody else.
