So I take 3 sport coats into Mark's Cleaners 1 has stains 1 has a B.O. scent in the pits. I let a friend borrow it and he kinda stunk it up, no prob I needed to get the other 2 cleaned anyway. They give them back to me the first time. Still stains, still stinks. I take it a second time and explain that it's not clean. Lady at the counter makes all kinds of excuses and is rude about it. I explain give me my money back or get it right. They supposedly clean them again. Go back a 3rd time to pick them up and I check them on the spot there. Same situation still smells, like what did I pay for? She has to call the owner and the owner says "I'll take care of it, I'll get the stench and stains out"... So I wait. I go back a 4th time to pick up products...you'd think they'd put a rush on it. Nope, they're at a different location. I have to call and talk to some trashy lady named Tracy who explains the owner hasn't been in to take care of it, also "we're not going to offer you your money back for your trouble we've cleaned them 2 times". Well Tracy, if you cleaned them 2 times why do they still stink and have stains? Tracy then proceeds to hang up on me, while I'm talking. Giving me no idea as to when they'll be done. I wait a week and call back to see if they're "done". I ask the owner (Mark Arnold) on the phone how he can justify giving me back clothes that literally stink and making me drive to a location 5 times, his response was this: "If you shut up, I'll tell you" Then the man child proceeds to hang up the phone. I go back a 5th time to pick up my stuff and still stains still B.O. scent. They can't seem to figure out how the service industry works. Do yourself a favor stay far far away from any Mark's cleaners. Their people are literal trash. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, disrespectful, rude business owner as I have Mark Arnold, the owner of Mark's Cleaners. I'd highly advise everyone to take your hard earned money elsewhere. He does not care about taking great care of your clothes you drop off in his business's care nor cares about his customers or what is right at all. I took my wedding dress to the Airline location to get dry cleaned and when it was dropped off and received from his employee, Mary Jane, there was NO DAMAGES with my dress and ZERO documentation of any damages. A few days later I received a call that they wanted my approval to take off the rhinestone belt that is sewn on, in order to dry clean it. I was given two options: first, give them approval to take off the rhinestone belt but they would not be able to put it back on OR secondly, leave the rhinestone belt on and if it falls off during the dry cleaning process then I already gave them approval and that would be on me. Of course with these options I said not to do anything and I will pick it up to take it elsewhere. When I went to pick it up, my rhinestone belt was visibly damaged. They took no responsibility for it at all and claimed it was already broken. Mark told his employee to tell me to go to the other location on Ayers there the next morning, even after being told this he was not available when I called in advance. I was told he will give me a call when he returns and still no calls. I had to yet again try calling with and then just went over to leave a note for him to call me to discuss about the damages that was made on my wedding dress. When I finally received a phone call he was very unprofessional, extremely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and SWEARING at me. He wanted to blame me that it was already damaged even though he acknowledged there is no documentation of damages when it was received. He wanted to blame me when in truth his staff poorly handled my wedding dress. He went as far as to make a remark that I probably broke it before I brought it in because "your dress is so dirty it looks like you played football in it". Then why was this never documented or brought up ever?! The bottom of my dress had dirt from an outside wedding but it was in good condition and specifically my rhinestone belt was not damaged. Then after insulting me in every regard and swearing at me he goes on to try to demean me further as if I didn't understand him by saying "what do you for a living?!" How does my wedding dress getting dry cleaned have anything to do with what I do for a living?! He continued to spew ignorant comments and finishes by saying "go ahead and waste your time geting a quote on the damages because I'm just going to WASTE YOUR TIME some more because I'm the fukn owner and I'm NOT GOING TO PAY FOR IT!" Then hangs up on me! WOW! I was shocked how a business owner can treat his customers like this! I wrote a letter documenting what happened and giving him still an opportunity to make things right by just paying for the broken rhinestone belt that they damaged. Of course, nothing. When I went to pick up my wedding dress the second time since I dropped it off from Airlines location to his Ayers location so he can see the damages it was SHARED WITH ME that I AM NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER he has done this to and TREATED WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONALISM, DISRESPECT AND have had him swearing he's the "fukn owner and not going to pay for sht!" That he's being brought to COURT for the exact same thing regarding ANOTHER DRESS that was DAMAGED under his business's care and he claimed no responsibility over. FOR THE PERSON WHO IS SEEKING JUSTICE AND BRINGING HIM TO COURT WITH THIS PLEASE CONTACT ME. HIS OWN EMPLOYEE HAS ADMITTED TO ME THE WAY HE TREATED YOU AND YOUR MOTHER. Wish there was a 0 star option. Don't recommend this place at all. Took in a very expensive comforter to be dry cleaned, took them 3 days for turnaround, recover it back 3 days later with discoloration to it, and all the cotton material stuffed in the comforter was in a ball in the middle of the comforter, took it back next day to owner to see, only to find out it was machine washed and dried instead of DRY CLEANED. Friday came along and we took it in to be fixed, his "alteration people" made holes by trying to flatten out cotton and ended up sewing tight pieces of material together and it looked like knots all over. Left there over a weekend and decided to come back Monday to find a solution, owner was very rude towards whole situation and said comforter was "like that" we told him it wasn't and it went back on his word and said "okay I can have her take off the stitching, she was just trying to help" BUT IT LOOKED WORSE THAN WHEN WE TOOK IT IN. He ran us out of his store, saying we threatened to sue him, when those words never came out, he wouldn't even hear out our solutions before running us out, we than were getting our vehicles to leave and he came out and yelled from the door about court and such. Now we have a ruined $200 comforter and a $15 dry cleaning bill that won't be refunded just to be able pay his unprofessional and untrained staff that works for him. My brother also took clothes there that came back with lots of broken buttons on multiple shirts. read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. Dropped off my two items on a Sunday and was told to pick them up on a Monday.... went Monday and they weren't located - still at the plant. Ok, so I'm given the run around about my clothes, being told they're taking longer to treat. Fast forward to 8 DAYS later than I was told to pick up said items... and the shirt is in WORSE condition than when I dropped it off. And the sweet lady (wasn't her fault) was trying to help me and gets a grater type tool and starts scratching at a stain which was eyelash glue AND puts multiple holes in my shirt. I didn't have the heart to even say anything bc she was trying to help. HORRIBLE communication and customer service. Spoke with I guess the owner and asked if I could get a refund and he was just rude and dismissive and admitted to the stain being worse!!! Never will I use this place again.
