What initially created the need for the call was a gas fireplace that would not ignite I had previously tried ChatGPT, called a chimney sweep company, and even called the previous owner of my house, all to no avail. Within a few minutes of of arriving, Jordan was able to locate the hidden shut off for the gas fireplace and get it working pretty promptly. While here, he was able to notice a couple of other things that needed attention. My tankless water heater had been installed incorrectly by the previous plumber, and the technicians from Hukill's were able to manage that. And also, when it came to a clogged sink in our master bathroom, they were able to address that as well. By the end of our time together I had heard some good stories from Jordan, I was able to practice my French with Joseph and most importantly had a lot of small annoyances cleared up (literally) leaving my home in better functioning order than when they arrived. Therefore, he is nonresponsive and when he does respond it's usually a lie! I'm aware of several other customers in the same situation....pool started but incomplete with no plumbing, electrical or pool equipment being delivered. This is theft and being pursued through law enforcement and court proceedings. My best advice to anyone looking for a pool vendor, stay clear of Ray Lozano and Omni Pools/Kalcon Projects of Benbrook, TX. He will spend your money elsewhere and will NOT finish the job. Fraud!

I have repeatedly tried to engage Ray to complete the work but haven't heard from him in weeks (which is normal). It took a letter from our association to get Kalcon and Omni Pools to remove all their construction debris from our yard which literally sat there for several months. Buyer be very aware, I have found Kalcon and Omni pools to be dishonest and very willing to take money without performing the services promised.
