If there was a way to give Sara 10 stars, I would! We had our four mid century modern chairs…read morere-upholstered by Sara. The entire experience with her was beyond our expectations. Since 2018, we have completely remodeled our entire home inside and out as well as replaced furniture and decor in all of our rooms. This means that we have worked with countless contractors, service providers, painters, installers, and furniture companies - and Sara's service exceeded them all. She is responsive, patient, detailed, and committed to the best customer care, including being fully transparent with timelines and "what to expect". Her work is meticulous, beautiful and impeccable - our chairs look just as they did when we first purchased them, except with a better color and fabric, thanks to the number of options she has. Additionally, she works with her husband who is equally as wonderful - and willing to pick up/drop off the pieces (although we did not take him up on the offer). Overall, I am so grateful for the wonderful experience and I am a customer for life - or at least, a customer for as long as I live in Colorado! Thank you!

Dropped off my seat on a Thursday and exactly one week after, I got a call letting me know that my seat was completed! Went to pick up my seat and it looks fantastic! Fair price, quick turnaround compared to others, great results, and a fair price; I will definitely refer people to J&E.
