As always Mrs,Kelly was an spectacular. Help for me and my girlfriend. This time we brought a large bottle of wine and had a nice time, but have to return to finish our project. With being open for only 4 hours just isn't enough time. I will be going with another friend on Saturday to pick another project as a gift... I won't finish todays project until I go back with my one girlfriend. I seem to like to pick ceramics that you can put a tea light candle in, so it gives it an extra effect. Here is a picture of what I was working on today, just realize not completed. And after it's fired and glazed, it comes out so much darker and shiny.

What was annoying is the lack of answers and customer service. Staff were not friendly or apologetic. When my daughter asked for a refund the response was indifferent and that they would give my daughter a call when staff talks to the manager to see if she could get a refund. After inquiring for the manager 's response time, staff said it's just whenever they look for it first or conclude they can't find it. We expect better communication and a clearer response time with a franchise location. A reasonable approach is to please find my daughter's pottery bowl or refund her in less than another week from today 7.15.26.
