I waited four years to remodel until I simply couldn't stand it anymore. The previous owner had done the last remodel himself and it was horrific. I'm smart enough to know that I can choose color, countertops, faucets, appliances, etc... but without a fabulous design (in any space) you've got nothing. Every single time in my life I've used a designer has been worth every cent. Patricia and her team are the VERY BEST designers I've ever worked with. I've had several homes and many projects over the years. They did an amazing job for me. I took advantage of her "30 Days of Design" because it sounded like my kind of timeframe and I'm not in Palm Springs for lengthy stays. It was the perfect solution for me. Of course I had some ideas of my own so it was a bit difficult when Patricia's design didn't include anything that I would have done. :-) I showed her layout/design ideas to friends and neighbors and even my contractor and they were amazed. She also had several suggestions regarding tile, counter tops, etc... Some I really loved and others not so much. But that's OK. I ran my ideas by her and absolutely loved her honesty. Sometimes she even loved my ideas!!! The end result is absolutely stunning and so far beyond what I thought it was going to be that it quite simply takes my breath away. I am horrified when I think of what would have happened if I hadn't engaged her firm. She is obviously a true professional who knows what she's doing. I can't thank her enough for doing exactly what she said she would do. I put a lot of faith in her and it was well deserved. You cannot go wrong working with Design Vision Studio. I feel blessed that I had the pleasure of working with her and would be happy to do it again.

Christmas Day.... The commercial Precor movers from LA are coming to our house at around 10:30 am tomorrow. Possibly a little later......i do not know for sure. I asked my Husband to call them when he wakes up to ask for a more accurate arrival time. My husband thinks he can arrange the pieces himself. He has zero space planning skills. . The machines are very heavy and need great care moving them from our living room back down a hallway to be placed in my guest room .... from their Covid home taking up my living room! Ugh! finally!!!!!! I am so sorry I did not give you more notice but, he has been planning this all on his own and just advised me tonight that they are coming tomorrow. I will pay you triple whatever your consulting fee if you or anyone in your company would be able to come over earlier and give me a feel for where you think each piece of equipment should go. The room is completely empty! my husband already has the mats on the floor, but, he is not a designer at all. I desperately need someone to just give me their professional opinion. I don't want to make stakeout heavy exercise equipment. I would feel very comfortable if there's any way your son or you or even any designer you know could come over anywhere from 9:30 am to 10:30 AM tomorrow and just take a quick look at the room as well as the Commercial Precor equipment. It is extremely heavy to move and needs the professional crew from LA to safely move it down the hall and into the back bedroom . There isn't too much: 1 commercial Precor treadmill, 1 Precor adaptive motion trainer(step machine). 1 Commercial bicycle and one commercial size ----- low to the ground water rower. 1 normal size flat / reclining weight lifting bench. Free weights can be stored empty clothes closet. The back room of the Bougainvilla one plan in Indian Ridge country club was designed to be a guest bedroom. It has an attached bath. We are minimalists but with nice tastes, and Micaiah designed our home to just that. My husband and I are not rich people, so he made renderings that are to be either used right away, or done at a later date to help spread our money out. He not only does the design and renderings, but he helped us find our floor guy (and we love our floors!), furniture, shades, paint, etc. He knew we are on a budget, so he worked with our budget to find things that are affordable and sustainable. Our home is still coming together as we are spreading our money out, but once it is 80% finished, I will definitely post photos. Micaiah is so easy to work with and I highly recommend him!

WASH PREP: Always polite and helpful even when people can't find neutral in their fancy car. WASH QUALITY: Pretty good but cars here seldom get very dirty so yea, it is good. I have the full meal deal with the Ceramic wash. STAFF: Not sure how they do it but everyone here always seems happy. OVERALL VALUE: One wash at a time is expensive but worth it. When you become a member it is more affordable, I wash about 6 times a month. TIP: If you are local just join, it is a no brainers even for Zombies.
