We stopped by Swag in December and saw a beautiful Grundig Majestic. Jeff, the owner is very knowledgeable and super easy to talk to. I called him the next morning to order the console. After paying a deposit Jeff starts on restoring everything, the amplifier, the original turntable and the cabinet. My console was 4th in line (meaning 3 customers had bought before me and their consoles were restored first). Jeff always kept me in the loop about progress and once he started working on my Grundig sent me update videos. I picked it up last week, not even 6 weeks after the deposit payment. Honestly didn't expect it to be that fast. I am totally happy. She is a beauty, sounds amazing and really fits well into our space. Thanks Jeff! I'm so glad I found your Swag shop. Finally they will admit to giving Shopify your information with a CHATGPT-like response. You know, how chatGPT will come at you like it's a family member talking to you with fake familiarity.(Example) "We hear your frustration loud and clear, and I want to talk to you directly--from our family to yours--to clear the air on how our checkout process works and address the security concerns you've raised." Don't buy from this company unless you just don't care about privacy or respectable business practices. Also, my most recent purchase is clearly of lower quality than my first 3 hats. It is an oil slicker jacket which is water resistant and designed for horseback riding. I liked the jacket until this morning. I wore the jacket this morning since it was cold outside. When I came back in and started to take the jacket off, I noticed the zipper wasn't fully zipped. I tried to zip it back down and found the zipper was stuck. I had to take the jacket off over my head. I tried again to run the zipper down and couldn't. I informed Outback Trading the zipper was defective and asked for a repair. The company's response is "we do not currently offer repairs, re-proofing, Chin cords, or replacement." WHAT A RIPOFF! Stay away from this product. It looks heavy duty but it is not!!! DO NOT BUY and I assume judging by the customer service that none of their products are worth buying. Their customer service statement says it all! Marietta
