I've only ever had very good experiences with them at airports. This location is understaffed. Every time I've been in here people have to wait an extremely long time to get there. They don't have a healthy stock of vehicles almost ever. And every person I've encountered in there has had a tough time with the process of getting a vehicle. When I arrived at the counter of Enterprise the nice young guy was super helpful, polite, and it took less than 5mins to get my car since I did all the reservations online. When I picked up the car, it was dirty--the exterior was covered in bugs and water spots, and the interior had debris and even a gummy candy under the seat. I actually paid to wash and vacuum the car myself before our trip. An hour after I left, the owner called to claim there was 'pet hair' inside--a common tactic mentioned in other reviews to trigger a $150+ cleaning fee. I told him I was coming back immediately. When I arrived just 7 minutes later, he was visibly caught off guard. He pointed to 3 or 4 stray hairs in the cargo area as his 'evidence.' Once I started taking photos and told him I was calling corporate to report the scam, he immediately backed down. He then absurdly claimed he 'never intended' to charge me--which makes no sense why he would call to complain in the first place. Advice: If you MUST rent here, take photos of the interior and exterior at pickup AND drop-off. He relies on people being too far away to come back and dispute these fake charges.
