I have been taking care of him, myself and still working. I am unable to study or take any test. I even had to give up my dog. For the past four months, I have been trying to get my money back for the first test. I kept getting the run around from Prometric and when I called them, I was put on the phone with someone that did not know what to do. The last time I called them, I was told that the refund was approved. I was then informed in an email that I needed a doctor's note showing the emergency. Well, good luck getting that from a hospital in the amount of time that Prometric gives. I am tired of dealing with it and Prometric can keep my money for absolutely nothing. I hope they choke on it.

We were disappointed in the scores after the expenditure of a significant amount of time and money. Friends shared with us similar experiences that their kids had with MindFish. When I asked MindFish if it thought the lack of improvement was because of the new format of the test, it suggested instead that the problem was because we took a 10 day vacation in August (during which time studying took place) and test anxiety. Who knows why my senior's score went from 1330 to 1380 t0 1300, but I personally wouldn't hire Mindfish again.
