The facility is clean and the activities are plentiful. They've even agreed to help our son with homework from school as he doesn't always get the support he needs when he is not with us. I am extremely concerned about an incident that occurred involving my grandson at this school. He…read morewas placed in a corner by a teacher for approximately three minutes, and when he came out, he was bleeding. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about student safety and supervision. What is even more troubling is the school's lack of response. No meaningful action was taken, and the teacher involved remains in their position without accountability. As a family, we expected a thorough investigation, transparency, and reassurance that steps would be taken to prevent this from happening again. The safety and well-being of children should always be the top priority. Unfortunately, based on this experience, that does not appear to be the case here. I strongly urge the school to take incidents like this seriously and implement proper measures to protect students. I spoke with Stacey and she clearly didn't care and the owners were supposed to call me and I'm still waiting. The worst part is that his mother worked there and they didn't report it to her as well, she found out when she picked him up and he had large knots on his head and was bleeding .. Needless to say she was fired because she was a concerned mother... Please don't bring your kids to a place where kids are not put first. Stacy and Cermany need to be fired

They wrote up an incident but refused to play back camera to justify the incident. I tried them again despite what my husband said and two weeks later she had scratches on her neck and chest like someone grab her by her collar and once again they wrote up the incident and told me the same excuse as before; " she and another child was grabbing at the same toy", that was the last draw she no longer goes there. I should of called the police to get a better explanation than that...... my child had just made 2 had no experience with daycare, fighting or interaction with any kids... I feel she shouldn't have been subject to being scratched up helplessly. They have cameras but parents have no access to them not even to check on your children throughout the day. You think the money you spend with them you should have camera access to check on your kids what is there to hide? Was it an adult or child miss treating my child who knows but that explains why she was hesitant going inside every day. It's just not fair at all to him or his mother/family. At this point if anyone has an issue with this review and if anyone calls or response it needs to be the OWNER and no one from the school and that includes Director/Assists Director etc, because they are all one sided and believe it's their way or no way! They also stated this decision was from the owner! However we all know NO ONE is going to call regarding! Just be careful when enrolling your child!
