Teachers were great. If your kiddo isn't the kind of kid who naps, I would suggest not taking them to this daycare. They didn't work too well with him when it came to him adjusting and every suggestion that we gave were either shut down or not really followed. I would ask the teachers how the day went for my kid and they would say everything but nap time was OK then a week later I'm getting comments from the director saying that my son has been "aggressive" all week, but not a single report has been made and nobody has ever said anything to me prior to that. Not only was I not notified of his "aggressive" behavior throughout the week, but his therapist also agreed that he has never shown any sign of aggression and nobody has ever complained of my son being aggressive. The 10 minutes that I would be there picking up my son I would see kids hitting other kids, taking toys from kids, smashing toys, my son even got bit at one point in the 3 weeks that he was there, but they made it seem as if my son was the problem every time. Honestly, every day was very stressful for me as a parent and all the comments that were made makes you look at the staff (director) a different way. My kid was discharged from the daycare within three weeks of him being there mainly because he refused to nap or stay quiet on his cot for three hours straight. I loved this place!!!! We had a 4 year old temporary foster child that had the pleasure of going here, and the staff was amazing!!!! Upon entering the front door to the classroom!!!! This summer program was really nice. Loads of activities, splash day, bowling, miniature golfing, yoga, science experiments...........so much more!!!!! Definitely a 5 Star Rating!!!! I came across Learning Ladder Academy via Google when I was looking for an educational, fun and supportive learning environment for my 2 year old son. When I toured the facility, I felt it was so welcoming and bright. He is currently enrolled in the Twaddler room and I couldn't ask for a better set of teachers. He comes home with tons of art work, he has learned to interact well with others, and he can even count to 15/20!! They even use a parent engagement software so I can see photos of him throughout the day. The center is also a Key Stone Star 4 center so they ACTUALLY TEACH my child things versus other places he has been enrolled in. I get the sense that the Teachers CARE which is a huge thumbs up! When this daycare was Tutor Time it was phenomenal the owners and teachers cared about the students. Since it was sold the focus has shifted from the children to money that they are making. They publicize that they transport children to their schools, but that's only if they feel like it as I was told they wouldn't transport my child. The owners are unconscionable. Expelling a toddler who was being bullied rather than dealing w the issues at hand. I wouldn't recommend this daycare to anyone any longer and am glad that the majority school age parents have found loving and caring places for their children as I have for mine.
