They were happy to show me as many trays as I wanted and also helped me by showing me other pieces based on my tastes. I purchased a few hundred dollars worth of Pandora beads, including gifts. They gift-wrapped the purchases beautifully at no additional charge. One piece I needed was the wrong item and they did not hassle me at all when exchanging it. The item I needed was not in stock so they ordered it for me. I'd recommend Three Sisters because they are a local small business, creating jobs, and bringing beautiful merchandise much closer to home and saving my time and money. The attentive staff is much better than the jewelry store I visited, and they didn't act exasperated while I took my time shopping for Pandora.

Lots of toys, stuffies, and blind boxes for my little girl to get excited about. The trains in the front caught her attention and the many statues throughout the store she loved too. My wife had a good time helping me look at Gundam models and paints for my Warhammer army. We spent a good amount of time in the gaming room getting her some sleeves for her cards and checking out the books, figures, and tables set up for gaming. Ended up getting a few things and was an easy process. I think for the price of everything we got a good value cause we could have easily gotten everything online but I think part of what makes this place amazing is the passion the staff has for the hobbies, the amount of options they carry, and then if they don't have something you want (Warhammer stuff is what I was looking for) they will order it for you. We will for sure be back again cause I know I'll need more paints and I have my eye on a few models I saw in the Gundam/anime section.

They are the first Michael's (4 others recently) I've been to around north Atlanta-metro which has had DS white gouache. Unfortunately, I bought the last tube of it.... But hopefully they'll get more of it soon so I haven't deprived others. As always, they had a lot of clearance, I had a coupon for full price goods, and I had store rewards coupon so I walked out of there with $40 worth of paints but only spent $25. I've been to this store dozens and dozens of times over the years and never had a bad experience here. On the weekends the parking lot is a zoo and sometimes people just zoom behind you while you're backing out like you don't exist but you get those drivers everywhere. When you're coming out of the parking lot and wanting to turn back onto Barrett Parkway; this can be a challenge. There is a center chicken lane that all of the other stores empties out of and sometimes you have to wait quite a while before you can maneuver your way outta there. (Personally I just make a right like I'm going to the Joanne's behind here and make a quick U turn at the light by Joe's Crab Shack....) If you're looking for crafty stuff. The employees were friendly and helpful, and there was a great selection of games, consoles, gaming accessories, anime/comics, and toys and figures. I was looking for games for my Commodore VIC-20 and didn't see any, but it's a pretty obscure system so it's a big ask. The prices were sometimes expensive but not nearly as much as eBay, and they had a selection unlike any game store I've been to. I feel like the items sold were worth the price. I sold over 3 bins of items to them. Not only did they not state how long it would take but the girl checking me just to the buying was not very kind. She seemed annoyed to be there. Both me and my family member dropped off our items 6 minutes after they opened and made plans to do things in the area thinking it wouldn't take long. We were in the area for a good while and my family member received a text that their items were ready. I believed that mine would soon be done to follow. A few more hours passed and I still didn't get a text so I called in to check. I was extremely disappointed when I was told that my buy hadn't been started. They stated it was because they were busy. Although, when I questioned if they were busy how were they able to finish my family members buy so quickly. They didn't have a response for me other than they had other buys from the day before that they had to finish. I still don't understand how my family members stuff still got finished if that was the reason. When I asked how much longer it would take they couldn't give me an answer. I do not live close so this was extremely upsetting for me because if they had a lot left over from the day before it should've been stated when I dropped it off. About two hours before closing I got my text so I had to drive and pick up my stuff. Once I arrived I was told I was getting a very small amount for items that were in brand new condition or to get 50% more value if I chose store credit. I really wish they updated their system and valued the items at a higher price point and not such a drastic change from cash to store credit. I only came here and settled for the cash because I am clearing up space for a move. If you want what your items are valued don't ever come here.
