I have a bachelor's degree in Music, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to choosing music teachers for my son - and I have been seriously impressed since my son began piano lessons here a little over a year ago. I've also decided to refresh my own rusty skills by taking voice lessons! The Learn Music teachers are not only very talented in their respective instruments, but kind and supportive as well. You can do any type of music, from classical to pop/rock or jazz. And their recitals aren't your standard strait-laced affairs - they are much more relaxed and friendly, even for beginners. I was amazed by all 5 star reviews when I first looked at this business. I looked their website and had hard time to find teachers with convincing music experience. I called this company and see if it's possible to schedule a music lesson to try out. A gentleman answered me. The first class was set 7 weeks away because it was summer time for them, but he said to send me the invoice right away. Then he asked me to provide either credit card or bank account to them to automatically withdraw tuition monthly. I did't give to him. Below were what he responded to me:"some people just don't pay. There are other music schools in the area, such as Ludmica.." He denied me just because I did not give him my credit card or bank account. I have not tried any lesson yet! Then I went back to read again all their 5 star reviews. I realized that all those reviews did not show any personal experiences. read more
