My daughter has attended Milpitas Learn & Play since she was 18 months old, and she is now almost 4 years old. I have so many wonderful things to say about the school and staff, but I don't have enough time to write an entire essay! Overall, everyone has been incredibly kind, supportive, and caring throughout my daughter's milestones and development. From her teachers and teacher assistants (there have been many over the years, so it would be difficult to list them all) to the front desk staff Ms. Cassandra, Ms. Cindy, and Ms. Chitra, everyone has always been helpful, accommodating, and attentive to my daughter's needs and communication. The facility is clean, organized, and always feels safe. It was a brand-new school when we first enrolled, and they have continued to maintain the property and improve their operations over time. There is also plenty of parking, which makes drop-off and pick-up very convenient for parents. One thing I truly appreciate is how the school continuously strives to improve and enhance safety for the children. Over the years, they have implemented several positive changes, such as installing doorbell alerts when classroom doors are opened, tracking and documenting classroom attendance to ensure every child is accounted for, and upgrading their communication system. Parents can now easily view photos and receive updates about their child's daily activities and progress through the app. Most importantly, I have seen tremendous growth in my daughter since attending Learn & Play. The curriculum is easy for parents to follow and has played a significant role in her learning and development. Overall, I highly recommend Milpitas Learn & Play. The staff is amazing, the school is well-organized, and my daughter has had a wonderful experience there. We absolutely love LAPMS in Milpitas! We moved our son from another daycare down the road, and the difference has been truly night and day. The teachers and staff are exceptionally patient, friendly, and caring -- and most importantly, I feel completely confident that my son is in good hands every day. My son started at LAPMS at 18mo. The care that he got from his teachers has been phenomenal. He suffered from separation anxiety and didn't want to go to school but the love and care from his teachers quickly changed that. He adjusted so well and it's been amazing to watch him pick up new skills. Special shout outs to Ms.Alyssa, Ms.Jaqueline, Ms.Kat, Ms.Subhra, Ms.Mona, Ms.Loretta and all the other teachers who have taken care of him. Apart from the care which i feel is the most important factor to consider, there is also the brand new campus which is maintained so well. Exceptional care!! After touring multiple day care centers, I immediately enrolled my son(20 months old) here at LAPMS, Milpitas after seeing the facility and talking to director Ms.Selva. The school environment is very welcoming, well maintained, very clean, bright and spacious. The entire staff are loving and caring. My son has had reflux issues right from his birth, I was worried about leaving him at the day care. Although he has had several episodes of spit ups from crying due to separation anxiety in his initial week, the teachers were being very calm and patient, helped him cleanup and change every time and reassured us that it's all going to be okay. They provide an exceptional care. He's doing great now. Happy to see him finish most of his lunch and snack. It's nice to see him engage in the classroom activities. This is a brand new school. My daughter had a great start. Her teachers are very friendly and is attentive to our needs. We have been waiting for this location to open. We came to know through our friends that Ms Selva is working here and it is one of the reason why we wanted our younger one to attend this school. My daughter started this year at LAPMS for preschool. First let me say she hasn't been sick once since she has started here. Compared to her old daycare where she was sick about once a month, this is fantastic for everyone. The school is very responsive to all messages and phone calls. They notify me whenever there is an accident or small injury. My daughter has absolutely blossomed here and her teachers and front desk staff always greet her by name as well as my younger daughter who isn't even a student yet. We loved this school. My son was in first batch of Classroom 4 as soon as LAPMS opened in Milpitas. My Son had an amazing time during this 11 month at LAPMS before stating his Kindergarten. LAPMS, Milpitas facility is very bright, clean and spacious for the kids. They have big and safe playground for kids. Teachers are the one who make LAPMS, Milpitas exceptional. Ms Seema and Ms Rinku were primary teachers for my son in Classroom 4 and they were very caring and looks after every kid personally. I am very happy with progress my son has made in writing numbers and alphabets under their guidance. What to say about Front desk staff Ms Karen and Ms Cassandra. All parents and kids get smile and greeting every single day. They make kids very comfortable as soon as they enter the facility. They are very responsive and very easy to reach to. Ms Selva is managing the LAPMS very responsibly. Though there were change of teachers during my son's time at LAPMS, Ms. Selva made sure transition of teachers happen smoothly without kids realizing it. Just opened in Milpitas! The brand-new Montessori preschool started last week! We went on a facility tour at the beginning of September and decided to go there on the spot. Some key points are: 1. Child Safety. Their facility is always locked at the front and inside doors to connect classrooms. No one gets in or sneaks into the facility if the staff does not know their faces. 2. Ten classrooms are very spacious, and they have many educational materials to keep children busy playing. The materials and the classrooms are NEW and clean! 3. Their staff member looked very professional and kindhearted. 4. The outside playground in their facility is big and has enough equipment for each age group. 5. Tuition is not so expensive. It shows the tuitions on the website which I trust is the point. I don't trust the company if they don't show the price on their website. 6. My daughter loves the school. She is so happy to play and learn new things there. Every times, we arrive, she runs into the facility with a big smile. I highly recommend this preschool and kindergarten. read more

There is sooooo much that I can say about LAPMS here in Milpitas! Since enrolling my son there we have enjoyed the great work they have and continue to do with our son. Over this last year we have seen him grow at an amazing rate! He loves his school, Ms Selva and his teachers Miss Edith and Miss Thi. We appreciate the director and the staff there that work hard and have so much enthusiasm and greet us daily with a smile and by name. They love what they do and give 100 percent! I personally appreciate everything they do with our son and how they have taught him so much in a short time. I highly recommend LAPMS Milpitas. We started when my child was 22 months old and we were constantly amazed by the quality of care and attention to child's overall development at this school. Our child did take a little extra longer to adjust to the school setting, however Ms. Selva kept reassuring us to believe in the process and guided us as needed. We went to the LAPMS Open House and found the campus attractive. The place is new, spacious, well-equipped classrooms and an inviting play area. Miss. Selva, the Director, stands out. She's not only friendly and approachable, but truly invested in the students' well-being. She encourages them, identifies their potential, and has a deep understanding of the Montessori approach. The teachers - Miss. Pooja, Miss. Yousha, and Miss. Rinku - are fantastic! They are dedicated, encouraging, and create a well-rounded, stimulating learning environment. LAPMS's curriculum is impressive. It's well-developed, updated monthly, and sparks our daughter's curiosity. It has been 3 months since we enrolled our 2 year son at LAPMS, Milpitas and we are extremely happy. I visited this facility for grand opening i wanted to enroll my child as soon as I mentioned his autism I was denied enrollment. Their response to my interest was they don't deal with special education your also not allowed to drop in and check on your child. This is a major issue as a parent in order to identify your child's mood and well being as a parent you have right's to drop in and check on your child to observe behavior. I rate this daycare 2 out of 5 stars it may seem like a clean clean facility doesn't mean staff may not be. Unfortunately I cannot trust this daycare/ preschool my child's well being is my first priority. read more
