I could see her development starting the 2nd week of enrollment. Her curious nature was able to get the nourishment it needed through play and directions. She quickly made friends with the kids there and learned to share and play together. The staff is amazing. A special shout out to Ms Meenal the director for making it easy for us and the transition from beginning to eventually full time enrollment. It was so seamless because she pays attention to the kids and will let you know what to do when the time is right for your child. The other shout out I have to give is Ms Wannie for being such a great teacher for Olive. Olive comes home every day and mentions her and what Ms Wannie taught her today. I want to share a funny story to show how grown up she is already. At 2.5 years old she told her mom she was thirsty and to get her some water. Her mom said to her "you're a big girl you can get up and get your own water". Her response was "mama a big girl too, get Olive water". She made her mom carry her from the bed to the kitchen to get her water hahaha.

They have a huge playground with slides, climbing structures, tricycles...It's just like a park! They also have tents to provide shade to the kids. They put the kids outside regularly through the day for them to play and burn energy. The school often has shows coming in, like puppet or music or bubble shows or even some petting zoos coming with animals to the school! In the summer they rent some gigantic bouncy water slide for one day for the kids to play. The teachers are genuinely caring and loving, and I never had any communication issue with them. The kids never complained about anything. And the curriculum is good, my son was writing well before 5 and could start reading when leaving Elan. They don't provide snacks or lunch though, you have to pack it. I think that's why they may be a bit cheaper than some other places.

The teachers and directors are truly fantastic and consistently go above and beyond for the kids and families. I'll admit, I went back and forth for a while about whether my child really needed to attend a childcare program. But once we found Elan, that uncertainty completely went away. I feel so good about what she's learning and the care and attention the staff provides every day. What really stands out is how intentional they are. The teachers lead from strong principles, handle situations thoughtfully, and create such a positive learning environment. There are always engaging activities happening that keep the kids curious and excited. They also keep me well updated. I get photos daily, updates when she eat and what she eats, things I was never expecting. Another big highlight is the outdoor playground -- it's massive, safe, and gives the kids plenty of room to run, explore, and just be kids. They have special events and activities that add tremendous value to the program. Things range from puppet shows to animal appearances and so much more. It's worth the spend. Holidays are also fun to see them celebrate, including a Christmas performance at the end of the year. I could honestly go on and on, but if you're looking for a preschool, I'd definitely recommend checking Elan out and seeing for yourself how great their program is.

I have so many wonderful things to say about the school and staff, but I don't have enough time to write an entire essay! Overall, everyone has been incredibly kind, supportive, and caring throughout my daughter's milestones and development. From her teachers and teacher assistants (there have been many over the years, so it would be difficult to list them all) to the front desk staff Ms. Cassandra, Ms. Cindy, and Ms. Chitra, everyone has always been helpful, accommodating, and attentive to my daughter's needs and communication. The facility is clean, organized, and always feels safe. It was a brand-new school when we first enrolled, and they have continued to maintain the property and improve their operations over time. There is also plenty of parking, which makes drop-off and pick-up very convenient for parents. One thing I truly appreciate is how the school continuously strives to improve and enhance safety for the children. Over the years, they have implemented several positive changes, such as installing doorbell alerts when classroom doors are opened, tracking and documenting classroom attendance to ensure every child is accounted for, and upgrading their communication system. Parents can now easily view photos and receive updates about their child's daily activities and progress through the app. Most importantly, I have seen tremendous growth in my daughter since attending Learn & Play. The curriculum is easy for parents to follow and has played a significant role in her learning and development. Overall, I highly recommend Milpitas Learn & Play. The staff is amazing, the school is well-organized, and my daughter has had a wonderful experience there. We are very grateful for all the care, support, and dedication they have shown our family over the years.

One of our favorite features is the app, which provides updates and photos of every activity the children are participating in. It gives us such peace of mind and helps us feel connected to his day. We also love that it's a bilingual school. Our son comes home proudly sharing new Spanish words he's learned, which has been such a fun and meaningful addition to his education. Most importantly, the teachers are incredibly warm and welcoming. They truly care about the children and maintain clear, consistent communication with families. Ms. Sunita's team helped her to start reading and tracing letters and numbers, learn dozens of rhymes, and even develop early leadership skills with younger kids in her school. Ms. Sunita's team is quite strict with their sick policy. Nasreen is incredibly loving, patient, nurturing, and trustworthy. Her home is clean, safe, spacious, and feels like a second home for my children. She provides healthy home-cooked meals, indoor and outdoor play, and keeps parents updated throughout the day with pictures. What I love most is that she truly cares about the children as if they were her own. Watching both of my children feel so happy and comfortable with her gives me an incredible peace of mind. After two children, I can confidently say I wouldn't trust anyone else. We are so lucky to have found Nasreen!

What stood out to me immediately was how warm, clean, and genuinely caring the environment felt. The transition was honestly hardest on me--as a new mom, it was difficult to let go and trust others, especially while still learning about toddler behavior. There was a biting phase early on, which I didn't realize is normal at this age (and eventually my boys went through it too). I almost pulled them out, but instead of making me feel judged, the staff handled it thoughtfully and proactively by moving them into a smaller toddler classroom. That made a huge difference. Since then, I've been incredibly happy. The teachers are truly amazing--you can tell they genuinely love and care for the kids, which is not an easy job. My boys are learning so much and are engaged in a variety of activities like arts and crafts, music, outdoor play, and holiday celebrations. They've also developed a great routine (and somehow nap better there than they do at home!). As a single mom with limited support, KinderCare has made my life so much easier. The team is accommodating, supportive, and makes me feel welcomed--like family. I'm really grateful we found this place.
