You walk in, pick out the craft you want to do, and an employee helps you gather the necessary supplies so you can get started. Projects are around $8 to $12 each. The staff is friendly and they appear to really enjoy their job. The location is adorable and filled with bright colors. Perfect outing with the family!

Once I found the shop inside the mall, it was closed (sad day). It was going to be an hour before it opened, but the owner saw me and was SUPER friendly, invited me in and turned on all of the lights for me. This was above and beyond customer service. The shop is quite large, open and has great lighting. While I was looking the owner checked in several times and also asked my opinion on a coupon she was working on for a show this weekend. If I lived closer I would probably be here frequently. I hope the locals shop here often and if you are traveling it is worth the short detour.

This needs a much needed and more recent review, so let's go for it…read more My wife and I just brought our daughter here to spend a day with her filled with things she wants to do before school starts next week, and we were pleased with the selection and the help that they had. The lady working answered all the questions we had and she was attentive while we chose and painted our pieces. The music playing was soothing and helped us concentrate and overall gave a comfortable and focused atmosphere. If you know going in that the cost for adults is $8 and kids is $6, PLUS whatever piece you choose to paint, then there shouldn't be a shock for you that it's "too expensive". Honestly, the value is understandable and worth it. Once you're done with your work, they'll fire your piece in the kiln and it will take 7-10 days. The waiting period might be a little long imo but it is what it is.

When we arrived, the owner, (I believe?) acknowledged he made a mistake and that they did not actually have the model I was coming to get. He then offered me a better model for the same price.
