My team and I have…read moreworked with Kayla for 5 years and in total she has now produced 11 videos for our organization (the Lawrence Humane Society). Every single video is of the highest quality, both artistically and in terms of story telling. What makes Kayla special is that she doesn't just have the best technical skills (which she does!), but she also cares about her clients and making sure that their stories are told in the most heartfelt and compelling way. The stories that Kayla has helped us tell are of a particularly sensitive nature and at every single moment Kayla has been nothing but professional and caring - she has never sensationalized something or exploited anyone's story. She has taken the time to truly understand the work that we do, why we do it, and its impact. We have been told by countless supporters that the videos that Kayla has produced for us have felt super impactful to them as viewers and we cannot imagine working with anyone else! For as long as Lawrence Humane needs videos produced, we will be working with Kayla and Cub Bear Creative!

I texted her again saying that i really wanted it done that night and that she advertises 24 hours... no reply, so 10 minutes later i texted her i was going to write her a review... she must have read her review LOL. cause 2 and 1/2 hours after her one text she texts me again. CLAIMING a work related issue came up. and she could do it that night if she needed. I declined. My point is not that she cancelled, so much, (it was pretty close to her show up time) but that she REFUSED to answer me back on the phone when i called immediately after her cancellation text, and she wouldn't call me back... and she REFUSED to text me back form my next text to her, less than a minute after she texted me... super-mega- unprofessional. so ask yourself this... is this the person you want to rely on. enter clint eastwood/dirty harry quote.
