I have contaced Druex through Facebook messenger on August 9. 2020 and now September 12, 2020 and by text which I can see where my messages HAVE been read yet they go unanswered. He has yet to apologize and refund us our deposit and he is aware we have had to book another DJ. Where your business depends on word of mouth from happy customers, it can also suffer from simple choices such as ignoring someone you have signed a contract with and refuse to refund them their money because of a choice you made.
