The lady who answered the phone had attitude and seemed inconvenienced by doing her job. She asked me questions that I did not know the answer to. I was not the one in jail, how would I know all of that info. All I had was a persons name to bail out. She asked what the bond is and I said, "$100 to get her out." With more attitude, she said, "NO BOND IS $100!" No kidding, 10% of $1,000 is $100. So when I say $100 to get her out, you don't know what that means? When I sensed her attitude wasn't going to change and she wasn't willing to help, I asked, "Do I need to call someone else?" Well I did just that. I called a competitor, gave him the name, and he said he would call the jail and call me right back. He called the jail got all information he needed. He called me back to see when I can be at his office. That's how business should be done, by going above and beyond. In my opinion it's highly unlikely this places reviews are legit. read more
