I appreciated her approach since it laid a foundation for us to work off of, and this was the main reason we went with her. I sourced most of the homes online and she checked a few of them out while we were still in California. Our second weekend here we found a home that checked off 99% of our needs and she guided us through each step from making an offer to closing on the home. We felt supported the whole way through, and Ashley was always honest and responsive. I would very highly recommend working with her!

She has been the type of real estate agent you hope will have your back through the madness of the home-buying process. In the Denver/Boulder market, it can easily feel like you are drinking from a fire hose, and things move a million miles a minute. Ashely has the ability to keep a level head, provide a calming presence, slow things down, clarify the process and anticipate our needs. She helped us find a hidden gem in Denver that we absolutely LOVE, and at a price that we wanted to pay - that is almost unheard of in this market! We cannot recommend her highly enough!!

She guided me through every step, offering expert advice and connecting me with all the right people--from lenders to inspectors. We toured several properties, and when my favorite home went off the market, I was disappointed. But Jill remembered how much I loved it and went above and beyond by reaching out to the selling agent to see if it was still available. It was--and thanks to her initiative and persistence, she arranged a private showing, and I was able to make it mine! Jill negotiated a price that I could afford, and she was truly my biggest supporter and cheerleader throughout the entire journey. I'm so grateful she remembered the home that checked all my boxes and made my dream home a reality. I'm now happily settled in my new home, and I owe it all to Jill. She made the home-buying experience not only easy but genuinely enjoyable--I can't recommend her highly enough! Thanks Jill, You made my dream of home ownership a reality, and I am so greatful!

I am not sure what I would have done if I hadn't found Jill. She is a lifesaver, and I recommend her to everyone selling any type of home.

We didn't have to go over asking price a ridiculous amount or give away a family member, because we had Erin as our realtor! I would like to add a little more though. First of all, my fiancee and I are firefighters and were able to access a mortgage company that was to help us at a better price with our financing. Unfortunately, this company was not as 'helpful' as promised and not only did Erin perform her job at an exceptional level, she ended up coaching the mortgage company all the way to closing! Erin went above and beyond for us time and time again durning the whole process. I truly believe we would not have found the home we did, at the price we did, if it wasn't for Erin. If your looking for a phenomenal realtor look no further! Thanks again Erin!

She answered all of our many questions with great care, teaching us along the way. She is an astute professional with unmatched work ethic and her positivity is absolutely infectious. Without her, I don't think we could have ever successfully navigated the complexities of our situation involving a deployment, moving across the country, and starting a new job. She has the best recommendations for all the ins and outs that come with a move! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, driven, and focused realtor. The reason I am giving this a one star review is because when I spoke with her on the phone she was incredibly rude, condescending, and would interrupt me when I was trying to explain anything. I completely take responsibility for missing the note on the listing that said to only email her, not call and I apologized for that, but the way she handled it was very upsetting and turned me off from renting any properties with her. She claimed to have responded to me saying the property was not for pre-leasing (which was what we are currently looking for) and also claimed that it was noted on the listing as well - both were untrue and all she responded to me was "Its vacant now" when I had answered her questions about animals, smoking, number of tenants, and when we were looking to sign a lease. I explained to her what was said from each party on our very short email thread and she proceeded to tell me that it was not what she said, which made me feel terrible (also I had the emails pulled up as I was reading them to her). I was only trying to ask a quick clarifying question about the property since I was confused as to what exactly it was saying in terms of availability. Very disappointed and quite upset over this immature interaction. I wish there was a better way the conversation could have been handled (such as just letting me know that she does not take calls and would prefer to email which I would have responded "Okay sounds good, have a great rest of your day and I will email you my further questions"- because that would have been much kinder than reacting how she did) and I hope nobody else has this issue in the future or even has had this in the past and has not spoken up about it.

I can't say enough good things about Laura! We have worked with her numerous times in the past on…read morepurchases and refis, but on our most recent home purchase this past month, she really went above and beyond the already high standard she had set! Experience in the mortgage industry is invaluable, as is customer service. With Laura, you'll reap the benefit of her extensive experience delivered with amazing customer service. She knows her stuff and has many resources and contacts in the industry, which allows her to find the best product to fit your mortgage needs at a competitive rate. She provides personalized and friendly service. She puts your mind at ease and you can count on her to get the job done well and in a timely manner. The contrast of how good she is compared to what else is out there was vastly evident in our recent purchase. The real estate agent representing the people we purchased our home from was initially hesitant to work with Laura and Georgetown Mortgage because she had not heard of them, but the agent ended up being very impressed by Laura's professionalism and good work. Laura had all of our documents ready in plenty of time for the closing on our new house, and was physically present at the closing to assure things went smoothly, which they absolutely did. On the flip side, the people who bought our home used a big-name bank for their loan (U.S. Bank - am I allowed to say that?) Anyway, the buyers of our house had problem after problem with U.S. Bank which ultimately affected them AND us AND the people we were trying to buy a home from. Despite having ample time, U.S. Bank failed to collect documents and information necessary to close on our scheduled closing date. Then, instead of trying to hurry and fix their mistake, U.S. Bank dragged their feet and displayed complete apathy toward everyone involved. U.S. Bank blew everyone off, lied, did nothing, avoided answering the phone, never returned messages...it was a nightmare! In the end, U.S. Bank closed three days after the originally scheduled date, and didn't wire the money from the proceeds of the sale of our home to the sellers of our new home until hours after the actual closing, which affected when we could finalize closing and possession on our new home. As we were all sitting around the closing table at the purchase of our new home, the realtor representing the sellers of our new home could see what an amazing job Laura at Georgetown Mortgage did and she could also see what a horrible job U.S. Bank did. After that experience, I'm pretty sure that realtor changed her opinion of lesser-known lenders and started being wary of the big-name ones! Without a doubt, I would confidently recommend Laura Leavy as a mortgage professional - her experience, industry knowledge, and customer service are top notch!

This gap in knowledge created avoidable stress for the sellers to take care of something in the last week before closing, which I pointed out earlier and was dismissed. Brooke blamed the Lender. I received messages about how hard I was to get in touch with, if unable to be contacted by her immediately, despite me following along with the helpful timeline sheet she provided, and signing documents as needed ASAP. At one point, she needed nothing, except to know she could contact me at a moment's notice as we were in the last 2 weeks to closing. Not as if I didn't have plenty of my own stress, although she was unable to hear that I was super busy at work because she too was so busy. When I tried to go over items on the inspection list for the owners to take care of, without contacting them, she argued on their behalf. This contradicts her position of transaction broker. She said she was a neutral party. No less than 3 times she told me I was getting the house SO MUCH cheaper than it was worth [in this overpriced market]. Not to congratulate me for willingly meeting the price the buyer's named, but to guilt me out because I was buying a house she failed to sell at a much higher price as the listing agent the year prior. What do you expect from a luxury real estate agent in a town that never designed itself for that? When she bragged about selling a home in the mountains for $1.4M sight-unseen to some New Yorkers fleeing the City due to COVID, it further illuminated her values. There are so many existing local folks who've invested decades in these mountains, working to afford homes, trying to climb the ladder too. To her credit, Brooke was extremely communicative, organized and knowledgeable about general real estate processes. Too bad it coincided with her condescension to someone who works with land use and building processes who has worked with many real estate agents over the years. Grateful for masks, because I didn't have to smile knowing she'd rather be dealing with a wealthy investor than a US Veteran and Civil Servant living in this community for nearly 20 years. How disheartening Brooke Weathers made the process of buying my dream home stress-filled from beginning to end, even as I managed to do so in 2020. When she left me the key to my HOME, I knew all of this was going to be a laughable memory very soon, but her guilt trip dampened the first months of such an amazing achievement. I have ZERO regret about my purchase. I knew what I wanted and worked diligently to achieve it. I deserved more respect, but you pay for her 5-star treatment.
