The arm and hand massage was relaxing, and my nails and cuticles have never looked better! Thank you, Madison! I've scheduled a regular manicure every month now! UPDATE 8/16/2025: As usual, everyone at the salon was friendly, warm, and attentive. Therese, especially, was WONDERFUL! She listened thoughtfully as I explained my thoughts, hair goals, and anxieties, and she worked WITHIN those parameters to create a perfect representation of everything I had hoped for! She also explained everything she was doing AS she did it, so that I could recreate the look at home later. She is AMAZING. She made me feel so taken care of that I even intend to return in a few weeks for a color consult (it will be my first time EVER coloring my hair)! 9/2023--Ashley was SOOOO good! I had no idea what I wanted to do with my AWFUL mop of limp, lifeless hair. She took the time to talk with me and get to know me, my hair, and my concerns. She gave a few suggestions, taking the time to explain everything she would be doing. As she was working, she also described what she was doing and why. Her suggestions were great, and she was VERY patient with all my stupid questions. And the haircut? It was exactly what I needed, and it suited my hair type, my age, AND my face shape perfectly! I'm so happy with it! She's amazing! UPDATE 9/2024: She has done it again!! Ashley is ALWAYS so wonderful. She pays attention to my "hair goals" AND my concerns, and she is very creative and artistic (and friendly). This time, in particular, she gave me a great consult, and when we decided on a cut together, it turned out EVEN BETTER than I could have imagined. I think this is the best cut and style I have EVER received. I've never been so pleased with my hair before! She is an artist!! UPDATE: Yup! She's batting 1000 with ANOTHER great cut! Ashley is ALWAYS amazing! Not only does she take the time to find out weekday you want she always offers PROFESSIONAL consultations, and she is so effervescent and friendly that it really elevates the experience. To be clear, ALL of the stylists are wonderful, but I always appreciate the personal attention and expertise that she offers. Thank you, Ashley!

I booked my appointment on Vagaro (and even changed it a few times) and the process was seamless! I was very nervous about being in a salon during COVID. But as a Bridesmaid in my friends wedding, I had to get my nails done. After spotting The Beauty Room's good reviews, I decided to give this spot a try. On a less busy day/time, I felt the safest I could have in a salon. I truly appreciated that the staff wore their masks properly and social distanced. Because I was there mid-afternoon, it was very quiet. Jessica did my gel pedicure and she was fantastic! Trust me, there is such a thing as a bad nail professional. But Jessica is highly-skilled and even color matched the color I needed to match my dress. She's super personable and I liked her so much I immediately followed her on Instagram! I wish the pedicure chairs were adjustable. I'm tall and felt very crunched up and uncomfortable, but not much can be done about that. The salon is super clean, spacious and newly built. They have a free parking lot behind the business...but don't be fooled by the "you'll be towed" signs. You can park there as long as you're at the business. I will absolutely come back to this Tremont salon!
