My experience at Lean Feast in Lexington, Kentucky, was absolutely exceptional. Michael provided some of the best service I've ever had attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He took the time to explain exactly what goes into each meal, which meant a lot since I have allergies to certain oils. Everything is cooked in either extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil, and the quality is top-notch. The variety of snacks, protein bars, drinks, and wellness products is unmatched perfect for someone like me who's constantly traveling but wants to stay healthy and fueled. I have been looking for a while to find the perfect meal prep place for my lunch. I finally found it at LeanFeast!! They have the best clean protein, carbs, and veggies for those who enjoy being physically active or just want to eat healthier in general. You can customize and get larger servings of protein for those (including myself) with bigger appetites. Not to mention literally everything from chicken breast, tri tip, to bison taste amazing. The carbs ( I prefer brown rice or sweet potato) and veggies (kale, broccoli, asparagus, spinach) are all amazing as well. I have gone many many times and never had a bad meal or experience. I have gone here on numerous occasions. The quality of the meat and veggies are good. Have your expectations when coming here that you are getting a simple, fast, PALEO (in most options)/healthy meal for reasonable prices. The place is always clean. The servers are great. Thursdays you can get a free kids meal with the purchase of another meal (I think the kid has to be free). Went for the first time expecting to order a simple get in and get out meal, but ended up chatting with the owner for a bit. After some great conversation with Collins (the owner) and other regular customers, it became apparent that this was a restaurant you'd want to spend your money at. First time visiting and it was amazing. I am not typically a very healthy eater so this is a real treat. I got teriyaki chicken with brown rice and it was so good.
