He proceeded to calling my property manager in retaliation, lying about my behavior and making it seem like the whole incident was on me being rude to him. The pool itself is supposed to be cleaned once a week but the worker he sends is systematically gone within less than 10 minutes and regularly leaves stuff at the bottom. I've also never seen them brush the pool walls or do any pump or filter maintenance. An independent pool inspector I contracted myself at some point told me the pool equipment was in bad shape, neglected and that this company is guilty of gross malpractice.

I had no idea that my pool was dirty until we changed to Bayside Pools- Greg uses his own extremely powerful vacuum which provides a deep clean we never experienced from the brushing that our former company did. I just can't say enough to recommend Greg Miller and Bayside Pools- incredibly professional and personable. Bayside Pools charges $10 more per month than our former company and we are getting so much more than that in return. I am not a person who writes reviews very often, if ever, but I am so delighted with this company that I felt compelled.

After a few months the pool looked like a swamp. I had several quotes to get the pool cleaned and running again, some of these other companies really tried to gouge me and upcharge me on things I did not want. Bob came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and did not try to upcharge me on anything. Once the pool got cleaned out I decided I should refinish it and add a sundeck. Again they could of gave me an outrageous quote since half the job was done but once again I was given a very reasonable number. Communication was great by phone, text and email. The guys who came out to do the work were very friendly and professional. The job got done in a reasonable amount of time and the pool looks fantastic. The company was know as Walker pools previously but now called Affordable so you can look up both to find them. If I ever need pool repairs again they will be the first ones I call. Jim came out, diagnosed our non-working pump in 5 minutes, and left. i thought for sure it'd be forever before we got a replacement -- because that's what's usually been the case -- but he was back TWO HOURS LATER and fixed it in less than an hour. He is friendly, knowledgeable and completely customer-service oriented. We are now done looking for other pool/spa repair services -- Aqua Rite is the best, and we cannot recommend Jim highly enough.

Starting such a huge project as installing a pool can be troubling, given the risks of hiring a…read moreshady/undependable company to do the work and the horror stories you hear. Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!

Needed wheels fixed on the vacuum and they told me take it myself to Pinch a Penny. His is after a $125 service charge. More than triple charged me for plugs for my pool fence. Bad experience and my mistake for hiring and keeping them.
