His company…read morehas done two projects for us, one fixing a previous contractor's poor work and a second as part of an insurance claim that required replacing a drain line. These were months apart and in different parts of our foundation. Both jobs were done in an excellent manner, on time, close to the Estimate price and we've had no problems or issues with the basement since. By chance, we had to be out of town when both jobs were being completed which was scary. No worries here; He did the job as if it was his house. He texted pictures of the progress and forwarded questions on how to proceed if we might have a preference or if there was a price change based on what he found. He's an honest contractor you can trust to do the job the right way, the first time. He probably won't be the "cheapest" quote...but you get what you pay for with Spohr Wet Basement Solutions...satisfaction and a job done right.
