The lady I spoke to was very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to talk to me about my skin for about 10 minutes, which I thought was very impressive considering I wasn't even planning to buy anything. It's rare to discover a place where they take genuine care with their customers and have extensive knowledge that they are willing to impart. She took real time and effort to help answer my questions and make recommendations for me. She gave me free samples of products to try at home, and suggested various treatments and other shops that would be worth visiting in my quest for perfect skin. And, what made it even better was that I didn't feel guilty when I left, having raided her shop of advice and free samples, because she seemed genuinely keen to help me and I know I'll be back to buy her products and a facial. I decided to be bold and try something the quick and easy way, that is get bronzed. I have Irish skin so to get the bronzed look is quite difficult and mostly results in the "Lobster look". I came across Honeyspot after doing a bit of research and the general opinion and website sold me on what they do. They offer a range of services including waxing, laser and a number of facial treatments as well as the spray tan. For a guy who doesn't often go to the beauty salon it can be quite daunting but the staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly. After brief discussion with the therapist I was instantly put at ease about the spray tan. The process was quick and painless and I didn't need to do much work other then stand there and get sprayed. The experience was pleasant and not too messy. I left the room satisfied and if I need a tan again would consider these guys.

I love aveda products and they definitely deliver on the aveda experience here, there is a questionnaire about how you are feeling which suggests the 'element' of the oils you should use that day. Also amazing is how each time I go, even with different staff they know about my preferences before I tell them 'and you would like to skip the foot spa?' Yep - nice work. Not acceptable to have to pay twice for a single treatment. As a frequent visitor of spas, I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is the first review I have ever posted - very disappointing.
