Called the office and Adam came out a couple of days later to inspect our lawn and give us a quote. After talking to a few other local vendors, we decided to go with FENIX and we are really pleased we did. Adam, Kimberley and Erica communicated really well and answered any question we had about the entire process. They provided us with a few turf samples as well as an extensive list of referral addresses we could use to inspect their craftsmanship and the quality of the installed turf product. When the day to start the project arrived, Dylan and the large crew arrived right on time as arranged and immediately got to work. They were very professional and skilled. They were able to complete the entire project in one day and cleaned up the "worksite" nicely. We are extremely happy with the entire process from start to finish and would use them again if needed and would highly recommend them if you were considering installing artificial turf for your landscaping project. Not only was the craftsmanship top notch, the value was exceptional as FENIX provided us with the lowest price of all the quotes we received.

A neighbor had recommended Fenix. About a year ago a representative came to our house to give an estimate. He brought samples and measured the area and was quite thorough in his explanation and recommendations. We decided on one of the products but had to hold off installation because we were having other work done in the backyard that could have damaged a new turf. Finally the yard was done almost a year later and we contacted Fenix. Their prices had gone up only 10 cents a square foot but they honored our original bid. Installation was scheduled a couple of weeks later. A week before the install we received an email with the site prep, warranty, care instructions, and other useful information. They offer a discount if you pay by cash or check. On installation day they arrived close to 8 a.m. and apologized for being late as it was foggy in Sacramento and dangerous driving. The crew immediately got to work, first capping off the irrigation that watered the former grass lawn and then digging out the dirt and roots. They uncovered a couple of drainage pipes that we weren't aware of and cleaned them out and reset them to be operational under the turf. They accidentally cut some irrigation pipes and quickly repaired them. Once the job was finished they cleaned up our backyard, even on the side of the yard they weren't working in. The new artificial turf looks wonderful. We highly recommend Fenix if you are considering artificial turf for your yard.

Once the project started, Lucy & her Crew explained what was happening and provided a timeline for the project. We had a Retaining Wall, Pet Turf area, Putting green/fringe, a main turf area, and concrete walkways put in. We did however had a synthetic turf issue where the turf had imperfections on it, (not caused by Advanced Pavers), Lucy & Edgar handled it professionally working with the manufacturer, the issue was remedied quickly. As I got older, they were a PITA to maintain and THE WEEDS!!! They were a nightmare! So, I saw ads about this company and decided to get an estimate to turn this ugly, weed garden into my dream courtyard (hopefully). They made me a quick appointment that fit my schedule and sent out the coolest, most professional and accommodating, friendly guy, Jim. Jim spent time with us, showing us the product they use and beautiful catalogs on both the paver choices and the sitting wall styles. He listened to my idea of how I wanted the project to look and gave me the perfect courtyard plan that he knew would make me happy. I had already purchased a big arbor I wanted integrated into my courtyard's opening, and he assured me it would be accommodated. He was the best salesman I've ever had come to the house and he gave me a really great quote as well in the cost! The crew who came out met with me on the first day of the project (along with the Project Manager. Mr. Gomez (who is simply amazing!). And they went over what they were going to be doing that day and how long they predicted the project would take to complete. Well, they worked on our project for three days and worked very hard and did everything exactly the way I wanted it and actually installed the arbor to perfection!!! They were recommended to us by a friend and I'm so glad that we went with them. We had our initial quote done a year ago by Matt who was so respectful, honest, and responsive. However, life happened and we decided to postpone our landscaping project. But when the time came to revisit our landscape project, I knew I wanted to reach out to them again. They were in my top two choices because of the impression that Matt made a year ago, their reasonable price, and the company also seemed to have an organized system. This time we met with Firas and Yasmine. Firas also exhibited the same level of professionalism as Matt and was so easy to talk to. He communicated well with us and checked up on our project regularly. Our yard might be considered a smaller project for the company but it didn't seem like it with the amount of attention that they provided. We also really appreciate how hands-on Yasmine was with helping us design our project. She was also very flexible with the changes that we needed to make. Problems were solved and issues were fixed without any defensive excuses. We are also thankful for her knowledge and recommendations with regards to our plant choices. Lasly, we had a stellar crew that worked on our yard. It was only 2-3 people at a time who worked on our project which made it more personal. Our main landscape foreman was Jorge and he was detail-oriented and went above expectations. He and the crew made sure that they cleaned up the workplace everytime, they were mindful of the noise pollution, helped us navigate the drip irrigation system, and educated us on maintaining our new yard. Also, as a bonus, I noticed that they segregated their trash properly between regular trash, recycling materials, and green waste. A little thing but speaks volume of their work ethic. Just honestly impressed by the crew's level of professionalism and respectfulness. They're efficient, responsive, and mindful. We have met with different contractors and worked with a great number of people, and I would place the landscaping crew that worked with us in the top 1%. As a whole, they make a great team and I highly recommend working with this company.
