My insurance company had to come and inspected for them to replace it (they should have known not to place those tiles in the first place). Then they came to replace it and damage the wild animal guards I had around the roof and squirrels got in. When I started asking for compensation, we had a couple of emails and phone exchanges after which they stop responding....I'm still waiting for my compensation!!! Please use your money wisely, I thought if I spent more I would have better quality service and I ended up with damage and a contractor that has stopped responding to me or willing to compensate for damage and time.

He has never charged much, and in fact with the first repair, I had to insist that he allow me to pay him. Because of his integrity and courtesy, I had him handle the insurance-paid replacement of a roof on one of the rentals that had Atlas shingles. After doing an initial, no-cost, inspection, he met with the adjuster on very short notice, and actually did the on-the-roof work for the adjuster while the adjuster stood in the yard below. Jeff and his crew put on the new roof, replacing more of the OSB than expected, and did some additional work at no extra charge. It looks great, and the tenants are delighted. They said he was very professional (which I already knew he would be), and he and his crew left the place really clean. I couldn't be happier with Jeff's work. He's very patient, his pricing is very reasonable, and he does excellent, high-quality, work. He shows up when he says he will, which is important. I have been SO IMPRESSED with everything from our initial conversation with Luis to his crew and their quality of work. They have the highest standards and have done such an amazing job. They show up on time and work throughout the day. They are so kind and polite. I happen to be working at the other end of the house and they have no issue when I need to walk through. This company came out within a few weeks and followed up in between to schedule the appointment. Basically, our down spout was repaired and cleared. They were definitely worth the price - we haven't had the issue again and our yard doesn't flood with water. It delayed or maybe saved us from a potentially bigger repair (retention wall) We are pleased with their quality of work and professionalism.
