Proactive, communication is great and haven't had to call to set up an appt as they do it timely. Have had two great service techs out and both outstanding. Luke today spoke to me so I could understand and made suggestions without spending a lot of money and using a lot of water. I may be a bit of a nature girl. May be using one of their other services for lighting next year
