Darrin couldn't find it a few weeks later and ordered the wrong color. He also didn't measure all of the windows on my porch and ordered the wrong size. His solution for that was to add 1x's and 2x's to make the windows fit. Now it looks like a jigsaw puzzle. I also pointed out concerns with siding that was installed incorrectly, the trim that wasn't cut correctly, and the gutters that were leaking. There has been no follow up since the work was 'completed', three years ago. Again, Darrin did great work with the insurance company. The follow through is lacking. And there has been no customer satisfaction after the fact.

It looks like a completely different house! We've already gotten so many compliments! They really went above and beyond in so many ways: they swept up inside after installing the windows, John came out on a SATURDAY to caulk one window that got missed and install our porch lights (that we hadn't gotten in time, so it was our bad, but he did it anyway), and most importantly, Darren has helped us immensely with our insurance claim when the public adjuster WHO WE HIRED TO HELP US WITH failed to do so. He really has been really patient and immensely helpful through the whole experience. We are SO impressed!

But after deposit was sent the fence replacement project ended up taking over 2 months. Communication was lacking after deposit and I had to request multiple tasks such as not leaving a vehicle in my driveway, returning items used as they found them, removing trash, not unplugging light timer, etc... I'm not even convinced that they went over the entire yard to remove nails used. This took much longer that I was initially told. And I felt like a nag having to point out items that needed to be completed or fixed. Nice kid, but not enough to make this a worthy project. Lastly be prepared to pay 2.9% if credit card is used even though on Yelp it states it is a payment method. And upon posting my review, Facebook reviews are now turned off. That's strange and concerning.

He brought us several products to choose from with a price range. Once he was at the store picking up the stain he sent a picture letting me know what the color would look like just to make sure it was what we wanted. Logan and his co-worker are super easy to work with and very accommodating. He was very careful not to get stain onto our white house, but we had several windy days. Logan made sure to color match the exterior of our house and painted areas that had some stain on the white exterior. He even cleaned up deck stain that was left from years ago by the previous owner. Would definitely recommend Logan and his company!

Literally a few hours after we closed the deal, the home buyer noticed the leak coming from an exterior soffit underneath the kitchen sink and dishwasher. The seller had replaced the dishwasher but his nephew failed to secure the water line connection. The connection had been slowly leaking for several weeks where no one was able to detect it. Jeremy with Service Master arrived several minutes early for the appointment, quickly identified the issue and had answers for the buyer and I in a matter of 15-20 minutes. He tested moisture levels in the areas where the leak had run from the dishwasher to the exterior of the home and informed us of safe vs potentially harmful moisture levels in regards to potential mold growth in different building materials. He then gave us advice on how to address borderline levels and what to do if the issue comes back and/or gets worse. The best part of this whole experience is that it didn't cost my client a dime! Service Masters came out and did this all for free, and gave excellent customer service the whole way through. I will definitely call on them again in the future when issues like this arise!
