It's located right behind on the same side as the Dunkin' Donuts and up aways from the charging stations. There's plenty of free parking, and 2 handicapped spaces. 21st Century Dental is located on the 2nd floor. You can either take the stairs to the left or the elevator. Once upstairs the office is down the hall on the left.The office is decorated beautifully. Dr Friedman's wife Elaine runs the front desk, she and another staff member will check you in. I came in for a cleaning. My hygienist was Donna. She was very nice and thorough. She took a complete set of X-rays of my entire mouth. Donna then did a full cleaning. Dr Vitaly Friedman came in and checked everything. He is very nice. They decided on a plan for me. You can check with the office to see if they take your insurance. If you don't have insurance, they will also give you a price. You will have to go online and fill out the forms ahead of time. I would definitely recommend this office

Dr. Royzner did two root canals on me in one appointment and did so with the least amount of discomfort and consummate professionalism. The area where the roots attached to my jaw were badly infected and he managed to save both my teeth. My previous endodontist also did two root canals and the price that they quoted me for out of pocket with insurance was $1,000-$1,030 depending upon whether they had to take an X-ray or not. They ended up charging me over $1,800! (No wonder almost 25% of their reviews are one star!) At this practice I had the two root canals and they quoted me an out of pocket cost (with the same dental insurance mind you) of $1,000. That is exactly what they charged. Highly recommended!

We discussed all my medical issues & concerns and he answered all my questions in terms I understood. He was caring throughout making sure I was continuously comfortable, which I was (thankfully!). I had/have follow up calls and appts to make sure all post procedures and recovery were successful. Wanted to give zero rating however it was not an option. When I went to fix my root canal the…read moredoctor accidentally chipped my gums. This was not told to me when I left the place. I had pain in my gums and after a week I went to my regular dentist and she pointed out the nicked gums. Upset I went back to dr. Linenberg and she sutured the gums (more pain) and assured me that they should heal but they never did. My option is to get skin grafting in gums or live with the cut in my gums. We visited many periodontist (gum specialists). None of them think skin grafting will work. But this doctor continues to insist it will. I am sad that a mistake was made, but I am more upset that I got the run around and constant made up stories when I confronted her. She told me she contacted a lot of periodontist for me, but I don't believe her. After three months of waiting and following up I was eventually sent to a periodontist by them, who confirmed that skin grafting has a low chance of success. It took me a while to accept that my gums would stay that way. A simple two visit process took over 3 months and cost way more than I expected. It's my front tooth and I have to live with a cut it my gums. I will never ever go back to NYC Endodontics again.

What I enjoy most about this dentist office is the quality of the service that is provided everytime. I remember my first appointment with Dr. Ibrahim like it was yesterday. I walked in and I told him all about my bad experiences with dentist in the past and he assured me that it would be OK; he was right. Just a few examples of how AMAZING Dr. Ibrahim and his team are: I had a route canal done in his office and returned right to work following the procedure. Everyone in the office was so surprised at how well I was doing. I was in Florida when I broke my tooth and I was able to call him on his cell phone about what I should do until I returned to jersey. He schedule me to the same day that I arrived back from my trip. I had a route canal that got infected because I failed to follow doctors orders and take the antibiotics, so I called him late in the night crying about the pain. He didn't get mad at me but asked if there was a 24 hour pharmacy to which I could go to and get a prescription filled. Keeping in mind that this was close to mid night. He even told me if the pain was that unbearable that he would make a house call. Fast forward to two years later, and I have moved an hour+ away from this office location. But I take that drive every time because I know how amazing he is and I am not willing to give that up. Dr. Ibrahim and his staff are beyond AMAZING!!! He is a great example of the kind of dentist that we need in the world today. I dread the day that I get an health insurance plan that does not include him.

The love of so so many countless area friends & families for themselves & their children to this practice is sufficient testimonial. I never understood why so many had dental fear until I asked other dentists' patients. It's so unfortunate not all have had the pleasure of this practice in every sense: * the easy location * the very kind staff in billing, dental aides, dentists themselves, everyone * the superb levels of cleaning from mostly the dental aides with a consultation & check everytime from the dentist himself * the comfortable waiting area that's actually a pleasure as it has WiFi, cable tv, magazines for all age ranges, etc. * and just the overall care all staff exhibit due to the close community relations. I had both Invisalign & follow-up metal braces done with orthodontist Dr. Rick Wright with whom Dr. Fodor coordinated all care. It was a very easy time with both offices' caring, responsible attitudes for a 4 year-long procedure (I was an adult thus harder to move teeth).
