When I entered the salon, I was greeted warmly and then saw one of my dads big paintings on the wall behind the reception desk! What a wonderful surprise! Sally gave me excellent advise on how to manage some issues I have with my scalp and hair, gave me a great cut and really listened to what I wanted done. She even stuck a few samples in my bag to try out later! The salon is very clean, beautifully decorated and the whole staff was really friendly. If I lived there, I'd definitely be a regular! Thank you again to Sally for making a very difficult time a little less stressful for me, knowing that at least I didn't need to worry about my hair.

I decided to bring my 2 and 4 year old for a trim and Jackie did a phenomenal job. I've never seen my boys sit so still and let their hair cut be done with no fuss!!! I highly recommend them. My eyes started to itch right by the lash line later that night. At 1st I thought no big deal it wasn't that horrible. But then over the next 2 days I noticed one was slightly swelling and that both my eyes were losing excessive eyelashes. I reached out to her and she never responded to me. Then one day later it looked like I was past due for a fill. I reached out to her again she didn't respond. I could see on Instagram that she read my message yet she didn't reach out to me. I've sent another message since & she hasn't responded. I sent a message to the salon, they never responded. I'd also like to mention that I had sent them a message previously with questions about hair color and haircut and it took 7 days for them to respond to that. I do not recommend this salon and I most definitely do not recommend the very unprofessional Emily for eyelashes. She clearly has no clue what she's doing and then she completely ignore a customer when they reach out to her with pictures telling her what was wrong. Unprofessional and very childish.
