Tale your move in pictures and move out pictures to CYA. I had to fight them because they bought a property I was in. Luckily, my lease was coming up and I got as far away from them as possible. Years later when I went to purchase my home, I found out they had over $3,000. on my credit saying I owed it for damages. The place was cleaner/nicer than it was when I moved in and bug free for the first time in decades. I had it rent ready as I have done with each property I've ever rented. I won my case as they couldn't bully me. I had proof with my move in and move out pictures. When viewing the property before renting, I was on time but rushed through the viewing because she only had 10 minutes to show the property... she had plans and made it clear that it was an inconvenience to have to show me the house. And dont even think about putting in a work order if something goes wrong with the property... the house will flood or cave in before this company helps you get it fixed, if they even contact you back at all.
