I have difficulty sitting down on the floor and they were kind enough to give me a chair to participate during the circle. Dr. Winnie is very warm and talented, she figured out the pain I am feeling and how it is related to other body and mind issues that I was experiencing. I started the session having a pain factor of 7/10, but after it I could say it lessened to a manageable 4/10. For anyone visiting, please ask for directions in advance as it was a bit confusing for me to find the entrance, but thankfully Dr. Winnie's staff was very responsive. Overall I would recommend this experience and if I ever find myself again in LA I will definitely come over for another visit.

Having visited Dr. Winnie twice now, I can honestly say I am blown away by her care. What makes Dr. Winnie truly special is her rare blend of science and intuition. She takes the time to explain the physiological science behind what's happening in your body, but she's also deeply empathetic, intuitive, and attuned to the spiritual side of healing. In just two sessions, I've been shocked by how much I've been able to process, work through, and learn about myself. I feel incredibly supported and empowered with clear tools to move through my blocks. If you are looking for a practitioner who meets you on both a grounded and energetic level, look no further. I recommend Winnie without a single doubt--I'm already sending all my friends and family her way! You'll be so glad you took the chance.

However, during the first half of the session, there was a helicopter and a drone hovering nearby, which made it a little difficult to fully focus and relax. I really can't really complain since it was an outdoor setting and some outside noise is to be expected so just a heads up if you plan to have an experience with background noise.
