If you set up an "Oslo" line-up with pizza's this one's gonna jump right out. If you care for a refined wood burning oven pizza, this is the place you go. The pizza's aren't packed, they're carefully layered with quality imported ingredients. (Eg. yellow tomatoes form the foot of the Vesuvius, the volcano of Pompeii, roman goat cheese,..) The dough is fluffy and not as crunchy as most places, but that's a good thing.. You don't eat potato chips with your wine either, or do you now? The house wine is fine, and they also do take away.. They recommend you come in, order.. Wait while drinking some wine, and leave with a hot pizza right out of the oven. The staff is friendly and helpfull, and the wait is medium. And when you're watching the people sitting in the middle of the restaurant you get this crammed feeling. But luckily for us we were seated by the window with enough space to feel comfortable.. (Thus, you should definitely book a window side table in advance..) This is a pasta only restaurant so if you don't like pasta's stay away.. The pasta's are all served in the pan, so when it's served you'll have to take a sec, enjoy your wine and let it cool down, unless you have an urge to burn your tongue. They have a better than average wine list, and serve multiple wines by glass. I had the "al arrabiata" and liked it, it wasn't too hot - edible and fine with cubes of sausage. For dessert I had the tiramisu, classic and ok. A friend of mine went with the cocos sorbet, he liked it a lot and it looked kinda cool served in the half of a coconut's shell. Everyone enjoyed their meal and as with most Italian restaurants the bill came with shots of limoncello. Friendly and happy staff, the chef stopped by all the tables at the end of service - thumbs up.

Than lets start from the beginning, when you walk inside you can already see the traditional wood burning oven where they bake one of the best, if not the best pizza around. The pasta here is also very good, always al dente and tasty. They also do takeaway and you always get a little appetizer on the house. Ran by a friendly Italian family, the chef will sometimes sing in italian while baking pizza. And they are very good with kids even the little ones! My personal favorites: Pizza salame e cipolla, The tortellini and Tris de chef (three pasta's of which I sometimes will just ask for a full plate of the middle one, delicious!) Ask for garlic pesto/butter on your pizza! Thumbs up!
