Communication was outstanding throughout the case. Scott was always quick to respond, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I understood what to expect. I never had to chase him for updates, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. What I appreciated most was how easy he made everything. After providing the necessary information, he handled the rest. I highly recommend Scott!

From my perspective, the interaction was poor and the deputy appeared adamant on giving me a ticket, which he did. This case was stressful for me as it was my first traffic stop with a police officer. After conducting research on pricing, traffic law knowledge, and reputation, I decided to seek representation from Scott with my car dash-cam evidence. Scott was always responsive to my initial consultation, call, and email along with subsequent communication after I acquired his representation for my case in court. Scott was able to handle my case in a timely manner and without requiring my appearance in court. If you're looking for an attorney to represent your traffic case, I wholeheartedly recommend Scott. He embody the principles of sincerity (speaking truthfully) and honor (commitment to seeking the best outcome for your case). Thank you for everything, Scott!

We waited 6 WEEKS for the police report, where the reporting officer found him "at fault" after interviewing JUST 1 witness and the driver, who said he was in the intersection. Not wanting to spend $$$ to retain a lawyer, we waited to see what kind of settlement amount the insurance would offer. We were then bullied by the insurance adjuster who convinced my fiancée that since he was found "at fault", they owed us nothing. We contacted a well-advertised billboard lawyer who told us we had "no case" because he had been found "at fault." Feeling dejected at a low moment of exasperation, my fiancée signed a settlement agreement of $10,000 as he was told "that's all you're going to get because you were found at fault." I literally got home :20 after he signed. I was furious and this let to a lot of fights between us. I found John Rajee of RMD Law on Yelp as a lot of reviews said he handled "difficult situations." He was kind and professional but also understood human nature and the whole dilemma we faced- trying to get a contract invalidated AND attempt to re-settle with the insurance company. He also advised me on different ways MY auto insurance could help even though my fiancée was on a bicycle. Although John consulted other colleagues to discover ways to secure a better settlement, ultimately nothing could be legally done to get the settlement contract negated :( Unfortunately, my fiancée and I had to move forward with accepting the circumstance. Through all these developments, John kept advising us and was professional and thorough. He advised me as an experienced counselor and also just an honest guy who took the time to reassure me that basically it wasn't the end of the world. Frankly, I was very very angry with my fiancée over his moronic decision to sign, and speaking to John just honestly helped me move past my anger and put the whole bad situation behind me. I would absolutely recommend John and his colleagues to anyone seeking legal advisement, and I will definitely refer him to friends and family. Even if you just need an answer or two, PLEASE contact RMD before signing anything, taking action, or accepting offers. They absolutely will help!

I know a lot of lawyers personally but had never had to deal with an accident lawyer and felt that most I talked to were either too aggressive, impractical or just not interested because my accident seemed small or not worthy of treatment. From the very beginning, John was open and honest about my case and gave me the guidance and direction that no one else seemed to be able to provide. I learned a lot about small claims court along the way because I had dropped the ball on my case, even if it was thru no fault of my own. John was easy to talk to and gave me the time needed. He was both practical and efficient. It was refreshing that he was available within reason and wasn't in a rush when dealing with me. Having written so many reviews on Yelp I have really learned who I can trust, and his Yelp site was honest and refreshing compared to so many billboard lawyers and even compared to friends and acquaintances! I can't tell you how much I appreciated John's help, and while my case isn't over yet, I would recommend him without hesitation to all of my friends and family.

DO NOT HIRE LEGACY LAWYERS. They left me in a worse position than when I started…read more Hiring Legacy Lawyers in 2023 was the worst mistake of my life. After my longtime partner, the father of my child, and my fiancé passed away, my young daughter and I were navigating the hardest period of our lives. What should have been a relatively straightforward probate became a prolonged financial, emotional, and legal nightmare that affects me to this day. I was the sole beneficiary and nominated executor under a signed, witnessed, and notarized will. Legacy Lawyers--specifically Matthew Stidham and Savannah Andre--dragged my case out for years, charged me over $50,000 of my hard-earned money, and placed us under such severe financial strain that we had to leave California for somewhere with a lower cost of living. * Missed Court Date and Mishandling Matthew Stidham completely missed a probate court date and never told me. I learned about it when the court called me. When I raised the damage caused by his failure to appear, the firm downplayed it. A year and a half later, that exact missed appearance was used against me by the opposing party in a civil complaint. After I pushed for answers, Matthew handed my case to Savannah Andre, a junior attorney. I never agreed to pay top dollar for a junior attorney to manage my case. I was charged while Savannah researched probate law, yet critical paperwork still was not filed correctly. * Failure to File the Will and Protect My Position Matthew and Savannah failed to file the signed, witnessed, and notarized will, even though it had already been lodged with the county. The will nominated me as executor, made me the sole beneficiary, and expressly stated that no bond should be required. Instead of filing the will and moving probate forward, Matthew told me to "wait" because of an anticipated creditor claim. He continued billing me and accumulating thousands of dollars in fees while my legal position deteriorated. The proper course, as I later understood it, was to move the probate forward and reject the Creditor's Claim--not leave the will unfiled. Legacy Lawyers pushed me into becoming a "special administrator" rather than obtaining my appointment as executor under the will. This gave me significantly fewer rights and powers over the estate. A massive bond was imposed at the opposing party's request despite the will's no-bond provision. The bond was based on the value of my jointly owned home, which bypassed probate. Legacy Lawyers did nothing meaningful to prevent the bond or have it removed. By failing to file the will and establish my position from the beginning, Legacy Lawyers gave the opposing side enormous leverage over my daughter and me while I was grieving and newly raising my child alone. * Failure to Protect Me and Potentially Damaging Advice Savannah gave me advice on complex business matters that I later learned could have further damaged my interests. I am grateful I did not follow any of it. Savannah also allowed opposing counsel to contact me directly and subject me to intense pressure and inappropriate conversations. During this period, the opposing side had access to the decedent's digital and bank accounts and located joint accounts belonging to me. I felt completely unprotected while my privacy was being violated. * Leaving Me With Their Mistakes After critical paperwork was not filed and the court imposed fines, Legacy Lawyers pushed me to sign substitution-of-attorney paperwork and then accused me of failing to communicate. That was false. I had communicated from the beginning and came to them with the signed will. They never filed it. The court ultimately filed the will later in the case. I was left without counsel to finish the probate. After more than $50,000 and years of representation, I was no further along than when I started. Then I hired a new attorney, and everything changed. My new counsel filed the critical paperwork, appeared in court, protected my daughter and me, and had me appointed executor as the decedent intended. What Legacy Lawyers failed to resolve over years, my new attorney completed in less than 6 months. That contrast is why I believe the fees I paid Legacy Lawyers were wholly unjustified. I paid over $50,000 and received missed court appearances, unfiled paperwork, a weakened legal position, ongoing billing, and a case another attorney was able to resolve promptly. Legacy Lawyers should refund the money they charged me for work that was mishandled or never completed. My daughter and I are still living with the financial and emotional damage. Run as fast as you can from this firm.

We were charged over $2,000 in fees with the understanding that our case would be prioritized for the next step with the NVC. However, after paying, we were later asked for an additional $4,500, with the justification tied to an outdated contract from April 2020 that was never clearly explained or revisited with us. When we decided to request our case file, the situation became even more frustrating. We were told we would have to pay $50 just to receive copies, even though we specifically requested our original documents and file. Now, we are being told it will take to 30 days to receive them!!! They are withholding critical information needed to move forward and schedule our NVC appointment. This lack of transparency, poor communication, and delay tactics have caused unnecessary stress and setbacks in an already time-sensitive process. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure everything is clearly documented and explained before making any payments. My mom's process has taken me over 3 years ! Paid over 11k in fees to these attorneys and they are unprofessional & will only take advantage of you! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND GIVE ME THE CASE FILE NOW
