I had my usual scotch, which was a very nice pour and my wife had a white wine. Both very nice. Our waiter, Teophane, was very friendly and casual. My attempts at French amused him. He suggested both calamari and razor clams as appetizers. Both were fantastic! Then for dinner, my wife had an amazing burger with fries -- just what she had been missing after a week in France! I had hake-- fish-- just great.
After dinner, the owner treated us to a local brandy infused in-house with vanilla and caramel. Our waiter shared a glass with us. An absolutely wonderful touch!
Loved this place. If you go to Bordeaux, you MUST eat here!!
