Nor did it taste alot like mushrooms. Also no porcini mushrooms, which would have definitely made it taste a lot better! We also opted for dessert, a mango sorbet and pannacotta with coulis. The mango sorbet portion was massive! Very good too! The Pannacotta was really creamy and rich too which is a good sign. Since we went on a weekday, the restaurant wasn't full at all and service quite attentive, but my mother did note that the food is not at it's greatest. Shame about that. The portions were a perfect size for me too. The menu is standard Italian, but I can now recommend the dough balls & king prawns to start, and the Rigatoni was lovely. I've eaten at most places in Bluewater now, and this is definitely one of the best when it comes to good value for money good service and lovely food.

The waiters are 'funny' but only one of them smiled at us. Service was rushed. The menu choices were not great for me lots of cream and buttery based sauces. The calamari fritti starter was lovely but served without the tartare sauce which luckily I wasn't too bothered about. My sea trout was swimming in a greasy sauce and the vegetables did not taste fresh. The dessert trolley was wheeled to our table as soon as the plates were cleared with no description of what was available on the trolley tough if you couldn't see it all! My tiramisu was ok but i have had better. The only wine served by the glass is the house wine no good for lightweights like me! Overall the experience for me was a waste of money.
