Our dough balls didn't turn up to start and the pizzas came about 30 minutes later. When I mentioned we didn't get our dough balls, they were taken off the bill but brought to the table anyway. The doughballs were cold but overcooked, which I can only imagine happened because they'd been on the side for 20 minutes. My pizza was undercooked and didn't have enough of the promised cajun spices. My wife's pizza looked like they'd run out of cheese and couldn't be bothered to get more. It's just dreadful. I should complain and suggest that they get new management but I'm voting with my feet. Unless I have a voucher and can go to the Bromley branch, the only one in the area that gets it anywhere near right, I'm boycotting Pizza Express. It's simply never worth the money.

The food in Pizza Exprss Bluewater is always excellent. Not only does it do lovely food, the restaurant is also child friendly. I have taken my niece a few times now and they have always been very accommodating with the little un'. The worst part about Pizza Express Bluewater is it can get very very busy. So if you go on a weekend and haven't booked, you can normally end up waiting about half hour before getting a table. This restaurant is lovely in the summer too. You can sit outside or out on the terrace. I visit Pizza Express quite regularly so have got myself a Pizza Express card. You get a great range of benefits, including money off vouchers and gift vouchers.

From the start service was a bit patchy - we stood and waited for about 10 minutes without anyone coming to see us, we were then seated and left for a while before the waitress came over to take our drink and food order at the same time. I had a pizza which was quite tasty and at £7 I felt it was good value. We the shared a chocolate desert that although quite small (and not cheap) was very yummy. We sat and chatted for ages with no one making us feel like we were in the way (this was a busy Friday night) and our bill came to £14 each. Mine was delicious with fresh ingredients on a lovely, thin base. My partner said his Hawaiian was "very good". We had a bottle of prosecco with our meal and had a lovely time. The service was excellent and we will will definitely be back. We were also impressed by the prices - our bill came to just over £60 and we couldn't have eaten more even if we'd tried.

I like walking down and as the counter is really close to the door I do not even have to tie my dog up I can just lean into the shop! They also do delivery, so if you cannot be bothered to get out of your chair, you do not have to! They deliver leaflets regularly to the local homes around the area, and they seem to have a good choice, including pick your own toppings. The Pizzas always seem very fresh and they are speedy in getting the Pizza ready, all staff seem very friendly.
