They had a vegetarian option for my GF - and a really good one at it - grated potato galettes with molten goat cheese on top and a salad on the side. On my end, I took a tartare - something I usually am pretty careful about. I was however not disappointed here - the tartare came in a maçon jar, perfectly seasoned and hand-cut from pretty high quality meat. All points there as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, although at time taking their time to reach out table at the back. Overall, a great location - would recommend.

We asked for another table but the servers said no, sorry. They proceeded to bring the kids milk on huge ass saucers which took up the table space. Kids got spaghetti and kids burger but the bread basket didn't fit on the table. Server handed to dear son anyway who put it on his seat behind him. DH soup came out and server handed it to him to eat in his lap. My salad came out and it was stacked on dear son's plate. I put my drink on the floor. What the hell restaurant? Worse off when we were done we asked for the bill, waited 15 min then asked again. Server said sorry there's one girl with the checks. You can go to the bar if you don't want to wait. Check came around and we were promptly reminded "this is the bill without tip- do you want to tip?" No. That was the most horrible Customer Experience EVER! Food is inconsistent. Yesterday kids spaghetti served with no cheese. Today there is cheese. Fries were cold. When paying $3000 to stay at this resort, it ought to be top notch service and experience.

Nachmittags treffen sich hier nicht nur Briten zu Tee und Feingebäck, abends verwandelt sich die Bar zu einer hochgelobten Adresse für Cocktails und Longdrinks, Livemusik vom Piano gehört selbstredend dazu! Liebhaber einer guten Zigarre und eines samtenen Whiskys verabreden sich in der Havanna Lounge. Echt amerikanisch präsentiert sich die Coca-Cola Lounge. Und wer spätabends noch Hunger verspürt, dem servieren wir - bis 22.30 Uhr - gerne einen klassischen Burger, einen Caesar Salad und weitere Spezialitäten der Speisekarte. Sie sehen, nach einem anstrengenden Manöver auf hoher See bzw. einem actionreichen Tag im Europa-Park ist die "Spirit of St. Louis" der ideale Ankerplatz für den Abend.
