Excellent small local high-quality, rather fine dining restaurant.
We stopped here on the biking tour across Alsace for a dinner and were very happy with the result. They had a vegetarian option for my GF - and a really good one at it - grated potato galettes with molten goat cheese on top and a salad on the side.
On my end, I took a tartare - something I usually am pretty careful about. I was however not disappointed here - the tartare came in a maçon jar, perfectly seasoned and hand-cut from pretty high quality meat. All points there as well.
The staff was friendly and helpful, although at time taking their time to reach out table at the back.
